CMSB one of the main beneficiary, price have been soared 30% since buy recommendation on January. The whole Pan Borneo highway, to be built at a cost of RM27 billion, involves the construction and upgrading of 1663km of road in Sarawak and Sabah, with 936km n Sarawak and 727km in Sabah.

Introduction
SCIB, primarily involved in the manufacturing concrete products, including prestressed spun concrete piles, concrete box culverts, prestressed concrete beams, U-drains, concrete pipes, reinforced concrete square piles, reinforced concrete products. It also offers precast concrete products consisting of precast wall and staircases, precast columns and hollow core slabs as well as concrete roofing tiles.

Price Movement

Price had been trading at the range RM 0.77 – RM 0.90 for 4 months. But SCIB able to breakout from consolidation zone on the last trading week of April. Currently price stand above consolidation zone. Price break above all MA line and MAs start pointing upward which might indicates another round of uptrend.

Upcoming Sarawak Election, prompting Sarawak counter theme play. What will the political party do to make sure they secure for the parliament seat and tis might trigger more upcoming development project?

PM is announcing MP 11 in the coming weeks and mainly focuses in construction and infrastructure. How much can SCIB benefited from concrete product business?

Will SCIB get a piece of cake from this Pan Borneo Highway announcement?

If it able to be one of the beneficiaries of the projects awarded and it will be a fantastic catalyst then we may see the price rally like last year again. We may see the price surge to another new high since 2005. Our first target price RM1.20 (+27%) and second target price RM1.50 (+70%).
