富达3分股息以高利贷借来发，内幕原因何在? 假公济私，贼喊抓贼的“大老虎”双规了吗？

2017年12月15日，还有2周就是2018年，"鸡飞狗走”年。也是当年”贼喊抓贼“出卖老板夺权的富达公司(Protasco)”哎呀“掌权人张吉平(Chong Ket Pen)“小人起义”3周年纪念日。富达公司在张吉平夺权后，资金顶峰从马币2亿6千万被挖空到不到马币6百万，张吉平自己还开了马币4百万天价年薪，连同懂事部马币1千万酬劳“掩口费”，再以高利贷借钱假借派股息给自己捞钱进袋马币不下4千万，明目张胆的抢，暗地里刮了多少难以想象。（T1）

张吉平亏空公司，狐狸尾巴显露无疑；目无法纪的“偷抢骗”动作鲁莽夸张，更令市场哗然。吃着国家的俸禄，花公家的钱，还滥用公司资源给自己见不得光的历史漂白，一边“掩盖丑闻”，还另一边“制造假讯息陷害”富达公司前大股东（真正老板），再搞什么慈善，公益等专访和特写等，脸皮比牛皮厚。更可耻的是自己用非法得来的肮脏钱盖了个什么河婆纪念馆，苟且给自己脸上贴金，简直侮辱客家人的文化，丢尽华人的脸。

“假公济私，小人当道”

当年张吉平假借什么印尼投资失误，制造借口嫁祸陷害富达公司前大股东黄国安(Ooi Kock Aun)和郑博毅(Tey Por Yee)先生后，假公济私，顺理成章“夺权”富达公司。3年过去了，事实证明张吉平就是一个贪心的小人，演技好比奥斯卡最佳影帝。黄国安和郑博毅先生被诬告陷害门，在2017年9月27日法庭证实证据有造假嫌疑宣布撤消一切告状。也证明当年的“印尼门”其实是一个局，目的就是张吉平要私吞富达公司私肥。

“来龙去脉，谁骗了谁”

张吉平2012年6月被前老板（敦某）剥夺富达公司控制权后，半骗半哄，欺骗黄国安(Ooi Kock Aun)和郑博毅(Tey Por Yee)先生在2012年11月3日签了协议，利用黄郑两收购了前老板富达公司控制权，以达到保护自己在富达的职位。这个铁一般的事实，张吉平一辈子盖也盖不了。

在被前老板边缘化的时候，张吉平为了让自己在公司站住脚，抱住了黄国安(Ooi Kock Aun)和郑博毅(Tey Por Yee)先生这两棵大树，接着为了巩固自己在公司的位置，以黄国安(Ooi Kock Aun)和郑博毅(Tey Por Yee)先生为跳板，用造谣诬陷这种卑鄙的手段取而代之。小人常为谋取个人私利而不惜设计陷害别人，世风日下人性丑恶，已经不是什么新鲜事。执法机构，法律和媒体是被利用来陷害和骗钱的。事实残酷，普通老百姓就见怪不怪了。

谁骗了谁如今一目了然。张吉平大狐狸尾巴事小，如今狐狸已经变成大老虎，胃口大了有荼毒侵袭国家利益隐忧。小人得志，祸害国家利益，马来西亚什么时候会有个习近平，把“大老虎”双规呢？

羊毛出在羊身上，割自己的肉吃，吃呗。血淋淋的鲜得很呐。羊儿羊肉 再好吃也没牛肉嫩。放羊人年薪马币4百万，牧羊场董事会还年刮马币1千万呢，那个才叫“牛”！可惜没你的份，认了吧。打小人－人人有责。相信天外有天，法眼无边的善者，执法当局会给人民一个交代。拭目以待吧。

吃着（高利贷）的股息别忘了念念可兰经，拜拜耶稣，抱抱佛腿，万一有一天打老虎抓了回来，可能还有点牛骨牛杂剩。马来西亚股市大老虎牧羊，会肥才怪，可笑。

Protasco Bhd 3 sen (borrowed) dividend. The real reason？

15 Dec 2017, and another 2 weeks will be the end of the Year of (Talk) Cock, followed by Year of (Running) Dogs. The coming year would be Protasco Bhd "controversial" executive director cum shareholder Chong Ket Pen's 3rd-anniversary "Robbery Victory" celebration. Chong Ket Pen put up a drama "shouted Theft" in September 2014, and the market is puzzled to find out today that actually Chong Ket Pen looks more like a thief himself! All felt cheated and betrayed but money all has gone.

Protasco Bhd since the helm of Chong Ket Pen sole control (since the year 2013) had seen cash position of RM260 million vanished to just RM6 million in 2nd Quarter of 2017. Chong Ket Pen had since ballooned his salary to RM4 million per year, together with his senior management and board of directors packages totaled exceed RM10 million (as a cover up fees), followed by bizarre dividend using borrowed money. All Chong Ket Pen ever did in Protasco was to "take out money" whatever it takes, A.S.A.P! Chong Ket Pen in the open public had raked in more than RM40 million for himself, and god knows indirectly what went missing during the short period of 3 years. To Finance the "big salaries and payouts", road maintenance contract margin was artificially diverted out of Protasco Bhd, which is openly stated in the last 6 quarterly reports. (T1)

Chong Ket Pen's foxtail can't be hidden forever, and his signature reckless character had spooked the market. Looking at Protasco's current source of income, technically Chong Ket Pen is still a civil servant. He is feeding on the country's pay cheque, spending the money which belongs to people of Malaysia, yet Chong Ket Pen further abuse Protasco money to "polish" himself trying to "cleanse" his shameful legacies through fake charity, events and pathetic social works, as well as cover up his wrongdoing while trying to bury the truth of his "betrayal" on Protasco controlling shareholders (the true owners turn victims). Chong Ket Pen further abuses Protasco resources to slender and defame his victims by fabricating false evidence, manufacturer sham charges and a fake lawsuit to create smoke screens while he conducts self-gratification under the skin of Protasco Bhd. The most disgusting act Chong Ket Pen ever did was to use his ill-gotten money to set up some HOPO Cultural House, causing humiliation to his HAKKA ancestors, and a shame to his Chinese ethnic. "We HAKKA are not pirates or con man. Chong Ket Pen is an isolated case", cried a HAKKA reporter.

"Its all about money & self-gratification"

In the year 2014, Chong Ket Pen purposely manufactured a blame on Indonesia project, in order to put the blame to then Protasco Bhd controlling shareowners Mr. Ooi Kock Aun and Mr. Tey Por Yee, with the sole objective to take control of Protasco Bhd. 3 years later today, all the money trail in Protasco during the year 2014-2017 proven Chong Ket Pen target is the money inside Protasco - a grandmaster con man having Oscar Winning poker face. Ooi Kock Aun and Tey Por Yee were betrayed and set up, and a fake evidence fabricated by Chong Ket Pen had further manufactured charges in court. Such fraudulent charges were discharged and withdrawn by the court on 27 September 2017. The evidence proved otherwise, which confirmed Chong Ket Pen is indeed a liar. The blame was a setup, and solely to facilitate Chong Ket Pen's plan to rob Protasco Bhd control for himself. Today the number speaks and proven it's all about money (self-gratification). 

"Who is Chong Ket Pen, who cheated who?"

Chong Ket Pen on June 2012, was demoted by his former boss (Mr. D), and Chong was desperate. Chong had on 3 November 2012 lied and cheated Mr. Ooi Kock Aun and Mr. Tey Por Yee to acquire his former boss' Protasco shares through an engagement agreement, in order to secure his job in Protasco. This fact is the basis of truth Chong Ket Pen cannot cover up or bury in the rest of his life. 

When Chong Ket Pen was sidelined by his former boss, in order for him to survive his career, he hugs on Ooi Kock Aun and Tey Por Yee, the 2 beacons in the middle of his own storm. Chong Ket Pen used Ooi & Tey (the actual "boss") as the stepping stone, and fabricated a blame to defame, slender and betray them, in order to replace their position (to become the "boss" of Protasco). Chong Ket Pen bizarre act which "bites the hand who feeds", is nothing new in today's twisted society. The authorities, law, and media are merely tools for the wicked to lie, cheat and rob from the victims. This is the reality, and there is nothing stopping someone from committing a crime.

The 3 years results of Protasco Bhd fundamental, especially the cash flows which was depleted, and big tickets landed in Chong Ket Pen and cronies pocket, "openly" stated in Protasco Bhd financial statements, is a self-demonstration of "winner takes all" - screw the law. Today, Chong Ket Pen is no longer the sneaky fox who lie and cheat. the fox is now a "big tiger" with bigger appetite - a virus in the society causing harm to the national interest. JKR majority of the money still flows through Protasco Bhd, and until Malaysia has a strong leader like China's President Si who dares to capture the culprits, Malaysia's own "big tigers and crocs" would still feed on the people's flesh.

"3 sen dividend. Take or not?"

What Chong Ket Pen did to Protasco is to "cut and feed on own flesh". If you already stuck with Protasco shares at a high price, you would have to swallow it, even though it's disgusting. However, the "fat senior management" have their own "private pay rise" which they draw their own pay cheque without much governance. Chong Ket Pen despite still being a civil servant, ballooned his salary to RM4 million per year, as well as his senior management and directors which totaled drawing over RM10 million. Half of the dividend further went down the trout of Chong Ket Pen and cronies, and dividend looks dwarfed compared to his eye-popping salary. 

Clean up the garbage in the society is every citizen's duty. If you believe in truth and justice and the act of natural law which would self-adjust make things right over time, it's a matter of time authorities catch up with reality.

Malaysia stock market is run by "big tigers and crocs", and the authorities can't do anything about it. Worst of all, some officers in the authorities being nose pointed to hunt for shadows and missed the elephant in the room! So don't complain if the sheep on the farm keep missing. While you enjoy licking (borrowed) dividend, remember to pray hard for your investment. One day when the "big tigers and crocs" were captured, perhaps there is still bone left to be salvaged. Who knows.
