Puan Hajah Erna Bt Ismail has over 21 years of extensive experience in leading the financial functions of IT & eServices. She began her career in the Finance Division of Koperasi Pembinaan Dan Perumahan DPMM Berhad in 2001. Subsequently, she joined Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd in 2002 as an account executive and later promoted to Financial Controller in 2017.

Puan Hajah Erna has contributed significantly to improve overall efficiency, achieving tax savings, and reducing maintenance costs. She also has led cross-functional activities focused on cost and margin management. As an integral part of the management team, she actively participated in developing mission, vision, value, and meaning statements (MVVM), showcasing her leadership and consensus-building skills.
