Upon his admission to the Bar, he practiced as an advocate and solicitor for approximately four years. Thereafter, he joined the Lion Group as head of legal department from 1985 until his retirement in March 2015. While in Lion Group, he was also in charge of secretarial functions for more than 200 companies, share registration for 6 listed companies and overall responsibility for compliance functions of Lion Group.
While with the Lion Group, he also served as an Executive Director of a stock broking company for seven years. Over the years, he had served on the Board of two public listed companies and as well as member of their audit, remuneration and nomination committees.
Mr Ee is presently in private practice as Advocate and Solictor.
