findfreedom, U meant that after the offer only became unconditional i.e 90% or more only then submit acceptance and transfer forms, correct ? Once become unconditional, there is still got sufficient time (14 days) to accept the offer even after first expiry date, correct ?

Ya definitely not user friendly to do the share transfer, cannot use the Bursa Anywhere App also, need to go to broker office personally to do transfer. Really troublesome to do acceptance despite current available technology. Bursa Malaysia/Airport should look into this immediately to expedite acceptance !!!

Since it is a conditional offer, what the probability the offer is not successful ? Anyone know how the offer works in details or the steps involved as I still holding the shares. BTW, are the offerors allow to buy Airport shares in the open market now as its price is below the offer price of RM11 ?

With the potential privatization of Airport, the only other main local aviation stocks left in Bursa are CapA and AAX !!!

Very bad decision by present BOD/management, sue previous management but lost RM1 Billion in market cap. Lessons learnt painfully not to wash dirty linen in public, penny wise but pound foolish !!!

No more arbitrage value at moment, negligible 0.10%pa loanstock interest !!!

Delay maybe but Bursa still need to keep CapA listed somehow as it just cannot afford to loose a company with market cap of more than RM4.5B ( share plus loanstock combined)

I considered this a high risk high return counter. So far reduced exposure by 50% to take some profits !!!

Really admire the bravery of those who still buy or holding this share. Right issue at 10 sen with free warrants also not many want to subscribe but still got people buying now at over 28 sen. Likely control by syndicate now before selling over the next 1 week or so after the subscription date of the rights issue on 6 july. For conversion purposes, 1 PA got a 'conversion value' of 0.055 as its issue price under the recent right issue is 0.055. So 10 PA is worth 0.55 for conversion purposes, the required conversion price.

At the moment, just use 10 PA to convert to 1 share without any further payment eg 10 PA @0.015 =0.15, roughly about the same as share price now around 0.145. Note: previous conversions were done when the share price was much higher than 0.15
