Stochastic Indicator & RSI tidak pernah menggagalkan kita di dalam membuat keputusan kepada counter ni. Sekarang kita tengok, dia akan break 3.90 dan next break 3.7. Now nak break lagi 0.05 = 6.55 + 0.05 = 6.6. Kalau TOP at 6.6 maknanya counter dah adjust from 6.45 to 6.6 today which is: 0.15 Cents adjustment. Take note pagi tadi counter dah hit 6.650 before 10am. Jadi, next TP berapa TECHNICALLY. (Consider Technical dulu, other Fundamental area, belum lagi)

Cheese, you are good in keeping a sharp eagle eye for closely monitoring on UP/DOWN market trend. TWS Plant is a good counter to look at, but MISC vs TWS is a totally 2 different counter.
Inventing in MISC means i knew/have interest in shipping line, LNG and some heavy marine engineering or any engineering discipline. Investing in TWS Plant, i am not expert/no interest in commodities, but i use sugar for my coffee while reading Shipping/Heavy Marine Engineering bulletin, so we can track where is the companies (MISC/MHB) position. That's the different.

In this kind of market condition, EU vs US, JP Morgan matter, Malaysia scenario etc. we have to consider all aspect, all area or even consider to read all online newspaper. GLC by all means a current government controlled company. Indeed, not all GLC performed as expected, but at least before GE announced, say if we hold 10 GLC, and if 100% hit at 1/10, at least the trading advantage are there (1/10 principle). Don't you think so?

No offence, being a MAS counter holder nowadays is painful as the chart shown a falling knife right at our heart. To the new investor of MAS counter, they will just wait and wait to buy. MAS counter holder maybe will think to buy more and average it down later on. In my opinion, since you said that this is a loosing money counter, why don't we leave it for a while and look for other good blue-chips counter. Its like to leave a frozen asset behind. Then later we come back here to see what grow on this land when we leave, is it grass that grew? banana tree, or some birds feeding food? then we trade it back later.

There is an overlooked scenario in which default is not a disaster for Greece. If this is the case, the real, more existential threat to the Eurozone might be a very different one, in which the Greeks have the last laugh. Consider that scenario.
Remember EURO Vs Pound Sterling last time. Maybe Greece shouldn't joint EURO at that entry point. :)

In my opinion, if you are a strong cash-holder investor, you may consider to buy now, and when its drops more from price tht you bought, buy more to average it down. zack-liza, thnks, 4.5 is fair value for MHB as 4.2-4.0 is TP for MISC. 66.5% justified tht they still strong to move FWD this company, re-structuring is a must. TP 4.5, but to break 4.7 is very2 hard, touching 4.75 at 10:30am+ just for very limited time.

For record, MHB as at 14.5.2012(MON), YTD LOWEST = 4.88 YTD HIGHEST = 5.77, Today LOWEST = 4.740 (Before 12:00PM) Klfoong, 4.12 maybe not possible. To get to Next Break 4.6 is qt hard.

I am so happy to read this msg thread where i noticed each one of you treat everyone like a family or at least treat as a good friend. Indeed, very sad to see what happened to MAS as this counter was introduce to me in Sept 2006 at RM2.3 where the price shoot sky rocket to 3.3 in Feb 2007, worth holding it for 5 months. I am new to this forum and as observed; people like Brother Chong, CP TEH and some others who sincerely gave a helping hand by sharing all the infos they have done from their homework, research and even by mingling around to the extend of contacting the companies where they bought their shares. This is beautiful! and i must emphasize that beautiful things are always fragile my friend, you must take good care of it with love and care.

Gd.Morning. Indeed, Kong73, same rumors, same info, same time. Speculations take parts this time around for MISC. Fly to B'worth port the other day to witness myself as it was speculate tht they have remove their containers/cargo for some reason. They did. And the VSS, they have talked about it. The co. will be revamp to its original businesses which is to be focused back to LNG. That is the right thing to do in my opinion. So, what all this got to do with us? :)

Kong73, Should? Fundamentally, MISC core business focused more on LNG; then the Marine & Heavy Engineering is with MHB. There's a rumors/speculate (be careful) that MISC is to be revamp to it's original business. Coming June; something attractive may be offered to their staff (rumors). Let's share all the infos, consider the rumors & speculate info for general knowledge and be wise to discuss in this forum.
