It’s not so much abt d controlling shareholders’ profile and wat they do, it’s more of how and wat Bursa as a regulator cud do to dictate rules of d game to regulate/liberalize d capital market further in d interest of shareholders of any public listed company. Once they put them in place, d rest w just follow thru and any shortcoming well addressed.

Even though I dun hv a crystal ball, I’m pretty sure it w get past 5 tis time around. In d worst case scenario even IF it still cannot for d 4th time, I w still wait on until it will eventually.
