@abc, if you monitor price movement today, there always a sudden spike sell queue at 0.1, and then gt buyer sapu all within minutes, and then this thing keep on repeat and repeat till 0.1 make up such huge volume today. If want to trap retailer, base on previous few weeks volume, why suddenly retailers rush in at this price?

That's why eko and iwc always move when gt BM project. But the listing still unclear, no doubt currently there is no link between BM and eko, but in near future, who knows.

Iwh is nvr able to list in Msia with its financial statement. But IWH can still listed by back door listing / reverse takeover thru iwc or eko. From recent activities, eko might have upper hand over Iwc. However, IWH can listed at US thru OTC. But can the contract itself value the company at 30b? I sincerely doubt that.

For the land acquisition, LKH and related parties are not allowed to vote. So LKH have to gv better reason why should Eko pass the proposal. If there is not benefits from IWH from land purchasing, I don't think other shareholders will blindly approve.

for the Company and its subsidiaries to enter into the category of Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a revenue or trading nature as set out
in Paragraph 3.3 of the Circular to Shareholders dated 30 April 2019 with those Related Parties as set out in paragraph 3.2 which are necessary
for their day-to-day operations, in the ordinary course of business made on an arm’s length basis and on normal commercial terms which are not
more favourable to the related parties than those generally available to the public and are not detrimental to the minority shareholders; AND THAT
