We upgrade the Malaysia property sector to OVERWEIGHT (from Neutral). Our upgrade is underpinned by: i) a stronger GDP growth outlook for 2014, ii) catalysts from infrastructure developments such as the MRT, HSR and Kwasa Damansara projects, and iii) undemanding valuations as the negative impact of the cooling measures have been priced in.
