@sephy you are right ringgit is one of the factor, but not the only factor. Do you know their material cost price keep dropping at the moment ringgit strengthening now?

For the past two years, supermx tax rate is average it 30% from PBT. If some early quarters it reported a lower rate tax, then they've been taxed kao kao in the last quarter to become average 30% in the whole year. That happened in 2016 and 2017. Now the first quarter in 2018 it reported at 30%. Hopefully the last quarter high tax would not happen again although it's very long from now.

Any other issue discussed in the agm? Tax issue, production status?

Recently, Supermax’ highlighted that it has received the final approval for the installation of water meters for both Plant 10 and 11, and installation works should take a further two to five months.

Operations of plant 10 and 11 were affected by the lack of water supply over the past three years.

Upon completion, the water supply will be sufficient to run all 20 lines smoothly, including the remaining six lines in Plant 10 and 11 that are not yet operational. This should lift its capacity by 7.4% (1.6 billion per year) to 23.2 billion pieces per year.

The next catalyst could be the water meter installation completed news. How good could be if we have insider update here.

My 1st impression to their lens packaging was not good, but then after many times browsing online lens store, feel not that bad. It is good to give the name initial with "A". When I browse through brands category, Aveo always appear in the front ranking. But till now cannot find a single customer feedback online yet. Anyone can share?
