Finally... Very close to RM1...
No more half cent movement... Boring

Someone grab the WB expecting some movement on the mother share... Let's see

@truthseeker1 You really need to get your eyes checked... That is the director trading on Insas shares. How did you conclude the WB transaction based on Insas?
2015-03-06 08:35 | Report Abuse
I dont know why you are complaining. You buy RPS at RM1 and you get 2 free warrants. You would have gotten 50cents back and your cost for RPS is only 50cents while the RPS is still at 8x cents. You paid RM1 and get RM1.30 back but you still bitch like a woman. Cant phantom what people think nowadays. Besides Insas will redeem its RPS at full face value if you can wait 5 years.

I only get extra 1 lot excess for a total of 5 lots. I thought they would give me 6lots and beautify it to 10 lots with 20lots WB. Wasting my MO money...

Dont expect the government to care for Rakyat anyway. They would just increase and decrease as they like, irrelevant to the market price anyway.
2015-02-24 11:17 | Report Abuse
@TC88 Nobody can take your RPS la... only those applied for excess lot might not get theirs.

Just little bit wrong only.
On the envelope, printed Jalan Hartamas 8 but when I Google, there's only Jalan Sri Hartamas 8. I found Share works there.

When I drove to drop in the acceptance letter, I noticed that they even get the road name wrongly.

I want to ask. I already received the offer letter. I'm only eligible for 400 shares. If I want to subscribe to another extra 600 shares, do I need to prepare 2 cashier order of RM400 and RM600 in case I can't get the excess?
2015-01-29 14:19 | Report Abuse
Hmm... if you buy PR shares now, you would be paying RM1 + 0.20 for 1 RPS with 2 free warrants?
2015-01-24 08:39 | Report Abuse
Insas-WA worth 30cents at least? Im willing to offload at 25cents... LOL
Actually I dont know how some of you are doing your calculation. For me, its quite simple.
Insas now at RM0.85
If you think Insas will fly to RM1.20, then...
If you buy Insas, you earn 35cents/share
If you buy RPS, and gets two warrants for free (assuming RPS didnt drop, and warrant premium is 0%), you earn 40cents.
You actually earn the same amount (41% for Insas vs 40% for buying RPS). Of course if you can keep the RPS, there will be extra 4cents every year.
I personally think RPS price will only go down, not up since Insas said its only worth RM1 when you redeem it 5 years later. Secondly, not everyone buy shares to earn the measly 4% interest. You can get them from any banks nowadays, why bother with share? Of course when it goes down, maybe gweilo can scoop as much as he wants since he want the 6-7% yeild that he yearn so much for.
If you think Insas will do well, then scoop the warrants. Warrants will give the best return if it really turns out you are right, just like the case with Inari-WA.

Some people prefer to buy expensive, inline with our government. 8x don't want, 1xx only buy.
2015-01-23 09:56 | Report Abuse
Inari has growth, Insas has? Stingy dato...
2015-01-23 08:25 | Report Abuse
I wonder if Dato will push the RPS price down to lock everyone on board for 5 years. Nobody would want RPS although it pays 4cents each year. At the end of the day, no matter how much Insas would be, it is still worth RM1 only. If you believe Insas is worth RM1.80 or RM2, you would want to buy Insas instead of RPS.

Stronger USD probably result in windfall for 1 or 2 quarterly result. Future contracts will be adjusted to MYR-USD conversion. Unless this stronger USD translate into a bigger size order, otherwise dont see a way out for glovemakers especially given the extra capacity with each of these big boys.
2015-01-22 16:50 | Report Abuse
Well, it depends on how much profit you think they can reap.
Unless Supermax managed 20c+, I dont think there's much room to gain.
Harta will start to reap benefit from its newly erected plants (2 out of 6) in 2016. Thats why it bounced back strongly from 5.xx
2015-01-22 16:36 | Report Abuse
At most, you probably benefit one or two quarters due to the appreciation of currency after you signed the deal, but after that, price will be adjusted to reflect the currency fluctuation. Are we expecting USD will keep appreciating until RM4-5?
2015-01-22 16:28 | Report Abuse
Hahaha... he's just buying for joy of making money only. Not that he needed them anyway.
Although Supermax would be last in my buy list when it comes to glovemakers.

Hartalega is all cash with no debt. Top Glove also same. Not sure about Kossan now. Is Supermax all cash and no debt? I wonder...

Hotrod, that's why dato is the biggest winner.
If no ppl want, he grab all, shore up Insas, earn big time. Or he just stop paying dividend while he reap 4% interest each year while normal shareholder get nothing.
That's why banker always had the upper hand.

It's more like you have no clue what's he is saying.
Since someone was basically saying free convert one warrant to mother share, why bother paying RM1 to subscribe rps to convert when you can buy insas at 91c.
2015-01-14 21:09 | Report Abuse
Wah... Use rps to convert also call free? Then is rps free?

Kcchongz, are you sure no need to up RM1 to convert to mother share? Where you find such info? No need pay then Insas should be RM2 now. LoL...

I thought movies ticket price also up liao. Movies also cannot watch. Need to act yourself. Hahaha...
2015-01-08 09:30 | Report Abuse
I dont think there will be any adjustment to the share price. It just does not make sense to buy it at RM1 (since warrant is free) when you can buy directly at RM0.80
2015-01-07 10:38 | Report Abuse
No matter how you look at it, the big winner will always be Datuk.
Looking at this price, many would be unwilling to pump more money into Insas. He can offer to eat all the RPS that people not willing to buy. He gets 4% each year, while Insas shareholders only get 1c every year. He also no need worry about price drop as face value maintained. On top of that, he gets free warrants which he would gladly convert if Insas shares really rocket in future.
Investors always remain like ikan bilis, being taken in for a ride.Subscribe also die, no subscribe also die. This is the real game.

True and false. Gloves are considered defensive stock as it's a necessity. However there's currently over capacity at all of these glove makers. It will hurt the margins but are one of the better stock to hold if you are going long term.

Does it make any sense to you? Insas only control 33% of Inari. Its just the same buying Inari and get direct exposure to the exponential growth rather than sitting in Insas waiting year after year for the stingy Dato to distribute the dividend which never came.

Below RM1 will wipe out all my previous gain from Insas.

Why do we have to question how one want to earn money from stock market? It's their money and they are free to choose how they wanna play with it. Whether or not they make money is none of your business too.
If you wanna share something about other stock with insas holders, then you just need to post once or twice. They will head to the respective thread to get info. No need hard sell here. Nothing to prove here.
2014-09-12 23:16 | Report Abuse
gweilo, posting E&O news here helps Insas goes up is it? Otherwise why are you so obsess with it?
Actually, I think for those who are keeping for big gain, rather than calling yourself trader, just call yourself investor instead. Flipping and trading is of the same essence. Yeah, its small profit of 3-5%, and you go by the volume. Thats why trading companies earn pennies, but still enough for the boss to earn his Mercedes/BMW.

TradeInvestStock did nothing wrong really. At least he's focusing on flipping Insas, unlike all the never-grew-up comparing their E&O, Mulpha, HLB etc. Where the mod?

Just stick to Insas really...
