maybe instead of using ROE, he should invent a new ratio and call it - RO-NTA .

maybe he got experience at other sector of investment or whatever.. but his calculation of ROE is totally wrong..... how can a investment guru? make such mistake.

not only in 1 article , almost every article, the guru ROE calculation also stated as EPS/NTA......

the stock market is a filthy fishy place, who know if the 75% big man borrow the share to osk or whatever ( of course, with some hefty fees ) since ''i guess '' he never want to sell the 75% at all, he just happy that all those '' market ( money ) maker '' make this stock hot and popular.

the company is making a lot of money, they dont need to issue new shares to collect capital.

who know if all those bank press the stock very hard, and then the big man suddenly announce '' take over offer '' at a very low price? just like the fuking segi...

nothing is free in stock market, the reason why the price get pushing up for the past 1-2 weeks mainly because those bank want to sell their CW with higher price and hedging.

make it simple, they just gonna suck the blood of everyone, if there is no one buying all the CW, there will be no hedging for banks , no hedging means price will stagnant.

when the maturity date is coming, they will dump all the share they hedging to make mother share down , so that they dont have to pay for CW.

my opinion? Bursa should have some kind of anti-dumping law.

this stingy navis only owning 24%++ ( second largest shareholders ) , only 24++ then already want to take over the company.

yesterday closing 1.81 , their take over offer is 1.71 ?

C is call/covered warrant , normally it is european style warrant.

WA is the company warrant, and it is american style warrant.

actually the maybank warrant already look very interesting to buy, the issue price is 0.15 per warrant , but don't be suprise if tomorrow starting price will be 0.2

maybank issue the CJ , exercise price is RM 1.3 , conversion is 2 : 1.

2 warrant = RM 0.3

Rm 0.3 + 1.3 = RM 1.6

as long as the mother share higher than RM 1.6 , the warrant you holding is profitable, correct ? ( assuming you buy the warrant at 0.15 )

the latest jcy CW will be issue by maybank at 24/4/2012, its the ratio is 2 : 1 or 3 : 1?

just now i go the maybank website , it stated 3 : 1 , how can i apply for the warrant ? is it same like IPO? or i only able to buy it at 24/4/2012?

if i keep the warrant till expired, and the warrant get exercised, how much i will pay for the '' processing fees ''?

net total assets do not include intangible assets such as patents and right, that why NTA will always lesser than total assets.

Return On Equity = Net income divide Equity.
