The next catalyst for further rise in SUNWAY will be the EGM to approve the bonus issues and free warrants proposals. Still a long wait in August. I think its next month quarter results will be flat.

Please check the charts in your computer. They are really very similar. Both without any announcements today such as corporate exercises. The only logical reason for the rise of their share prices is that their coming quarter results are above expectations. During the previous quarter results announcement in May 2017, Krono plunges 6 sen once the results was announced. And the situation was made worse when Krono announced private placement which further depressed its share price. If Krono want to be like JHM its next month results must be above expectation and so on for the 3rd and 4th quarters results.

Closed at all time high at RM0.695. Hope some good announcement will be made afterwards to justify the rally.

25-Jul-2017 Additional Listing Exercise of Warrants - 100,000 shares at 0.100.

Finally got the first person to convert warrants to mother shares. Should have bought on 12.07.2017 at around 0.10 and handed the conversion forms on 14.07.2017. It takes 8 market days to list the mother shares which is tomorrow. So the cost is 0.20. Fortunately only 100,000 shares. If sell at 0.17 tomorrow, only lost RM3000.

The general sentiment in KLSE will be bad in August. Don't know about Kroro. What do you think, Max Yong? Today drop 2.5 sen to only 0.63.

According to the registrar (Tricor), additional listing announcements (from warrants A converters) will start pouring in starting next Wednesday. I think it is too late already. It will depress the price of the mother shares even lower.

Hopefully our PM will announce something extra ordinary this Sunday during the Felda 61th anniversary this Sunday.

Hopefully they (C27 holders at 0.020, 0.025) can finish selling by today.

I am confident that the gain which I will gain from the listing of ATTA-PA will at least cover my lost in ATTA mother shares. If fortunate can even earn a bit. Its listing is after the 10 sen dividend is given (as mentioned in the circular).

The maximum number of 2,515,037,240 new ICPS was arrived after taking into account all the treasury share were resold, full conversion of all ICULS, full exercise of all WB, WC and ESOS. If not only 104,273,614 (existing mother shares) X 8 = 834,188,912 new ICPS are issued. Wait till end of September 2017 and see how.

Looking at the frequent selling of TAN SRI DATO' SAMSHURI BIN ARSHAD, I also suspect something is not right with the 1st quarter results.

QoQ - -48.10% YoY - -53.12%.

During the bull market from January to mid June 2017, whatever stock recommended will also go up. Everyday got a new active goreng stock. But when bear market strikes, even good FA stocks will also go down.
