YSPSAH is a good example, I bought RM1.60, and sold at RM2.20.
Because I underestimate OTB Team purchasing power, mana tahu OTB Team can push it to RM3.30++..

I want to ask a stupid question.
Why the lower oil price doesn't benefit the shipping company?
From my logic thinking, at least 50-60% of their cost is the oil, so when oil price dropped from USD100 to USD50, the profit margin should at least increase 20-30%.

happyman, in this type of JV project, the land owner will get full payment of its share.

In other word, it is equivalent to SAB sold the land at RM3.6billion.
However, this RM3.6billion is not an one off payment, SAB will get paid according to the project phase.

Example, if the phase 1 project worth RM800 million and it was fully sold, SAB will get RM144million when the project complete.

Then phase 2 project worth RM1.5 billion, SAB will get another RM270million..

Let said the whole township take 10 years to complete, then SAB will get total RM3.6billion in total.

This is net cash, SAB no need to fork out any single cents on the construction cost.

The only risk SAB facing is what happen if the construction project abandom, and the land being caveat and freeze by bank...etc.

Ecoworld launch its Eco Santuary at the land beside SAB recently, all units fully sold.

Ecoworld manage to price the superlink house at RM1million, with total GDV of RM8billion on the 300 acre land. This price is almost 20% above the IJM Rimbayu price.

So, if next time (5 years later) SAB partner with Paramount to develop its Kota Kemuning land (640 acre), I think the Gross GDV can be more RM20billion. Let said SAB get to share 18% of the GDV, it is already equal to RM3.6billion.

RM3.6billion is almost equal to RM27 per share.

WTF, my SAB share worth RM27 per share!!!!!

dragonsix, this SAB is really a sleeping Dragon.
Let imagine 10 years later, when IJM, Tropicana and Ecoworld has fully developed the Kota Kemuning area, then this piece of SAB land will worth RM300 per sft.

650 acre x 43000 x RM300 = RM8billion

RM8billion / 136million share = RM61 per share.

If I hold 50,000 unit now, next time it will worth RM3,050,000.

I hope this is enough for my children to study university.

Conman just amended it quarter result.

Luckily is just amend the EPS, not adjust from profit 7 million to loss 7 million.

This type of conman company very dangerous one, the conman datuk always said tender for 300-400 million project, but after i heard for 3 years, nothing has become realised.

You know why Koon almost always success in his investment?

1) He got money.
2) He got power.

You imagine, if you got RM200 million cash for you to invest, how can you loss.

Example 1 (Mr Koon):-
1) We know GOB got a lot of landbank in Equine Park and Batu Kawan, and this land bank was undervalue. We also know GOB has dispose land and subsequently it will record high profit.

2) So, I will take RM30 million to invest in GOB. If we assume GOB was trade at 55 sen for the past 3 months, and average volume is 500,000 unit per day.

With RM30,000,000, I can collect at least 40-50 million share from the market.
So everyday I colect, collect, collect...
Within 1 month, it go up to 65sen, I continue to collect collect... then 75sen, 85sen, RM 1.00.

Then quarter result out, result is fanstatic, THE EDGE interview the boss, Nanyang also interview... then target price is RM1.50 based on discount to RNAV.

Then I sell, sell, sell, but ppl still buy buy buy... I told them, this stock already fully value, pls sell. But you don't listen to me, you think the Batu Kawan land still got a lot of potential, ECOWORLD will launch new project there...blar, blar, blar.

So I slowly dispose my 50 million share, so price slowly come down from RM1.3 - Rm1, Rm0,80, RM0.70...

Then I organise a talk, to share with public, how I make RM30 miilion in GOB, why I bought, why I sell, and ppl treat me like investment god.


Example 2 (Mr Albukhary):-

1) Spend a lot of time to do research, study, and discover a GEM called GOB.
We know GOB got a lot of landbank in Equine Park and Batu Kawan, and this land bank was undervalue. We also know GOB has dispose land and subsequently it will record high profit.

2) So, I will take RM30k to invest in GOB. I bought at 55 sen, few weeks later, it will at 55 sen later.

3) 1 month later, it drop to 52sen.

4) 2 months later, it back to 55sen.

5) 3 months later, it still at 53sen.

6) I share with my fren, colleague, client on how good this share, how undervalue.

7) 4 months later, it still at 51-53sen level.

8) then I start to fell sleppy... zzzzzzzzzz

Plan the trade, and trade the plan is the most difficult action.

Example:-
Last year I bought WINTONI at 7 sen, because Ter Por Yee is collecting.
My plan is to continue collect WINTONI within 6-7 sen, and once it hit 9.5sen, I will sell.

After few weeks, it really hit 9.5sen, I look at the volume and trend, and I told myself it can go higher, so I change my target price and queue at 11sen.

Few days later, it slowly drop from 9.5sen, 9sen, 8.5, 8 sen and back to 7sen.

Then some bad news come out, it drop to 6 sen.

From this lesson, i told myself, I must strictly follow my plan, I shouldn't revised the target price.

Few months later, WINTONI move again. This round, I queue sell at 9.5sen (50%), then balance at 11.5sen.

Within 2 day, all matched. Then WINTONI continue to surge up to 40sen.

So, you tell me, how to plan the trade, and trade the plan.
