Based on my calculations, this coming Qtr will be even better because the forex of 1 USD to 370. 94 Tenge, the Kazakhstan currency is very cheap, thus the cost of doing business is lower.

In the last Qtr where Reach made its maiden profit, the average selling price for Brent is USD 65 pb, average production is 2900 bpd and forex is RM 3.98 to 1 USD. This coming Qtr is even better because Brent is now consistently above USD 70 pb, rate of production has increased tremendously, forex is 4.12.

In 2011 up to 2017, Emir Oil oil production is about 12.05 million barrels. In 2014, Emir Oil production is the highest ie 1.85 m . Now in 2018, Reach has 25 oil wells in production.

The cost of oil production is USD 6.37 pb. The Operating expenses is about USD 13.74 pb. Hence, Reach still make profit.

Now waiting to buy cheap. Many oil companies especially the shale oil, are having shrinking oil production but Reach Energy company has increasing oil production. From 2900 bpd in the last Qtr, their oil production has been increasing up to 5400 bpd in September. With the coming completion of the CPF, it will be 12,000 bpd soon next year.

This is golden opportunity to buy cheap Reach shares today. Just wait for the shares to dropped, then you can slowly nibble it up.

Iranian oil will be block by the Trump administration starting on 4th November 2018. It is very difficult to replaced Iranian supply. Surely, price will spike up. Furthermore, the winter months are coming in December. Again more oil is needed to heat up many homes.

Just buy and wait for the 3 Qtr results. Estimated Revenue RM 77M and profit RM 20 M.

Iran exports about 2.7m bpd. By Nov 4th, the Trump administration will sanction Iran oil. Winter months are coming to the Northern Hemisphere in December. These two factors will surely push up the oil prices.

Hi BillyK, oil production in the last Qtr ie from April to May was 2885 bpd , in Jun was 3200 bpd , so average up about 3k , but in this coming Qtr ie from July to Sept the production has increased because the number of oil wells had increased.

Get out guys..... Get out...... Go to Reach because of new oil Wells discovered in Yessen 3 oil field. Also Kariman Field and North Kariman field has oil too.

Reach oil well are new and fresh. Their life span can go up to year 2036
