Reach Energy has ride out the worst. In 2016, after acquisition of 60% of Emir - Oil, and many Qtrs of low revenue and losses, Reach has a maiden profit with excellent revenue in the last Qtr results ending June 18. Now Reach can move on forward proudly with an increased oil production and higher Brent price of 75-85 and good forex of 4.15, there will be a much better coming Qtr results.

Oil price still good ie rangebound 75-85, Dow just a little correction which is good. Lets see next week trading especially Shanghai Index after a week long holiday.

Oil prices must not go up too fast. This will have negative impart on global economies and will resulted in reduce demand for oil. It is best for Brent to stabilise at 75-85 pb. However, EM, Dow and HSI must also stabilise. This will be good for ALL.

REACH earnings will surely be much better than the previous because of two reasons, 1. Brent is above 80 pb and 2. Oil production will increase due to TPP recent approval by the authority.

Reach NTA is 74s whereas Hibiscus NTA is only 63s. Hence, Hibi is overvalued at RM 1.28 whereas Reach is undervalued at on 50s. Buy Reach and wait long term , the day will come with 12,000 bpd when CPF is completed

In the 1st Qtr 18, Reach production was avg 2500 bpd. In the 2nd Qtr 18, it was 2900 bpd . As at 1stJune 18, production is 3200 bpd. By year end , the production is expected to hit 5400 bpd. With the recent approval to drill more wells in the North Kariman area, the oil production will increased substantially

Right now there is very little risk in og stocks. Inventories in US, Russia and Saudi are at historic lows. Supply is tightening, and demand is so bullish. Brent went up by 7% within a week only! Soon oil will hit 90, then og stocks will make more profit. Reach Energy recent approval from the Kazakhstan government speaks out well that more good news otw from Emir-Oil.
