Depleting matured oil fields and lack of oil exploration is one of the main concern for any oil companies. However, Reach has increased the number of producing wells from 17 in May 2017 to 25 in May 2018. That means Reach will has new oil wells and have a long life span rather than many other companies that has matured oil wells. It is important for EP companies like Reach Energy to keep on searching for new wells. Since Emir-Oil has and area slightly bigger than Singapore, this company has ample opportunities to look for new wells in the future.

Four years ago, the US oil rig count was about 1600 oil rigs. Today, the actual oil rigs count is only 873 which is about halved as compared to the period of Oct 2014. The global demand for oil is reported to hit 100 M bpd as early as next year 2019. This will surely support oil price if not going for US 100 pb. Reach Energy has the added advantage because of plentiful oil reserves. The recent success in oil exploration in the Yessen Oil Fields augurs well for the company. As to date Reach scores a 100% success in Y-1,2,and 3 oil Wells.

Sometimes the drilling for oil well can be a dry well, then waste money. Yessen-3 has been drilled up to 3615.6m, and discovered OIL up to 34 m of oil-bearing reservoir. Yessen-1and Yessen-2 also has discovered oil. This augurs well for REACH ENERGY.

Brent price will go up . Iran sanctions coming on Nov 4 th. Middle East tensions always a big problem. Oil goes down and up is normal. Just wait for the next Qtr results which is expecting to be excellent.

ASB is a good excellent company that take care of the minority shareholders by giving out dividend even at bad times. It has very small debts but large cash balance kept in the bank.

Dgsb has a steady business by way of its qtr revenue, range bound RM 17m - 25m

It is time to buy dgsb. Never listen to negative news. You have to do your own studies and research from all aspects like the business potential, the new balance sheet account after the proposals and also have trust and faith in the leadership of Dato' Dr Tan Seng Chuan. After the clean up exercise, DGSB will have a new outlook with a new management team. The share capital will be
RM 60m, total accumulated loses is almost ZERO, cash balance in Bank about RM 20m, borrowings gearing ratio is 0.018, share based from 1.49b become only 745m, share price from 5s go to 10s upon share consolidation 2:1. Business is as usual with average quarterly revenue RM 20m and gross profit average RM14m. Now, buy or not is your choice.

Why are you ppl so silly, only looking at short term gain but never study the business structure of the companies. Netx , Mlab and Dgsb , all of them have different expertise. To invest long term, you have to know the business, this is the simplest knowledge. Business.....business .....and business...that is very important in any long term investments.

Just compare the revenue of Netx, Mlab, Dgsb . Now, then you will understand why dgsb is good for long term investments, my reason No 3, ie the business is simple and straightforward.

1. Low debts and gearings ie only 0.02, 2. New set of BODs with wide experience in IT and finally 3. The business model is so straightforward.

From the business viewpoint, ASB has great potential for growth. The most recent launch are the D Villas Apartments that can complement the Holiday Villa hotels business.

Inix was 6s in Sept 2017. In Jan 2018, Inix went up 14.5s. I am sure many of my friends make money. Hibiscus was 19.5s in Sept 2016, now it is RM 1.15s. Many of my friends make money. Reach was 26s in early Aug 2018, now Reach is at 43s , again many people make money. Now , ASB at 14s, later.......lets us wait.......how high ASB can go.

A very safe counter. Gives out good dividend every year from 2011 onwards. This counter has excellent cash flow.

ASB has good excellent assets. Its NTA is 45.2s, now ASB is selling at 14s which is at great discount. Buy for long term. A good defensive stock in these bad times.

When market is BAD, buy defensive stock that are CASH RICH just like ASB. ASB never failed to give out dividend even during bad times.

Dr M said companies must diversified. ASB is a diversified group and cash rich too. ASB is well position to acquire good assets in bad times. A cheap jewel with a good experienced management team.
