Nobody knows for sure.... A drop could mean that people who bought long ago are exiting reason being they dont want to take the risk of a bad QR. Many people will choose to exit before QR unless they are very certain the QR will be good but nobody knows for sure so to protect their capital they exit. Another reason for a drop is insider trading during near QR date which signifies incoming bad results. Is all a bet nobody knows for sure
