@ongth60, i am only with hibiscus for about 2 and half years, and Lime case happen about 4 years back. So i didnt have a deep understanding on it but just a general idea.
The story is about hibiscus joint partner Rex international (who have main control on Lime) trying to issue additional shares without agreement by hibiscus to dilute hibiscus's holding percentage in Lime. And basically some quarrels and Rex trying to kick hibiscus out from Lime.

And i believe that was kind of halfway settled with the recent announcement, and it actually no longer matters to Hibiscus' business today anymore

Not sure if hibiscus wan to keep it till QR release end of Nov.
Kind of to boost the price or offset the impact of lower oil price.

Wonder why hibiscus been quiet with SF30 infill drilling & GUA-P1 side track...it should almost complete or at least finish 1-2 wells on SF-30 drilling. And usually they will announce it very fast but no news so far.

0.87 is tough la, looking at oil price down to 50usd/bbl where highly trade war is really happen all out.

Daughter have 1 year before the dateline, and that money difference between mother and daughter can be used to invest somewhere else. So with time value of money, it actually can earning somewhere else for higher rate of return.
And please dont forgot, daughter can always convert to mother to entitled for dividend.
Lastly, the leverage effect on daughter is also better, paying 1/3 of the price and owning a part of pohuat.

So dont really see why daughter need to be discounted by few cents.
It is up to each's risk appetite and confidence level on pohuat for long term
