They will need to maintain the price for at least a week to work out the WAP to be used for the GO, which is probably 10-15% above that.

The previous CEO and the BODs probably assume they are doing a magnificient job which is why they were rewarded with such payments. In normal employment if you do a good job you get a pay rise. If you are incompetent you will be laid off.

The only blame should be on all the BOD of the different GLCs who hold substantial shares and had previously voted to disburse thaose figures to SAP's BOD. Can't blame the previous CEO for taking that money.
