It was at least 3 times higher than 0.395 before dropping all the way down to 0.15 and then coming back to as high as 0.46 and settling on 0.395 in the dying moments of the RI. They will be back again with their RI, Free Warrants, ESOS and Private Placements within the next 6 months if this one doesn't hit the required target fund raising. That is exactly what all these companies are doing to raise funds.

If you are still there on wed 5.00 p.m. you will get your chance to pick up the rights & warrants, if you give them more money.

If they want a good rights take up so as to generate a decent amount of injected capital they will have to push the price to at least 0.80 so investor will be enticed to take up the rights.

With the influx of shares available after the RI, it is my believe that the price will be below 0.10. Don't take any notice (unless you are taking profit now hoping to buy back later at a cheaper price) of what they are manipulating before the RI. If it reaches 0.50 before the RI, do you sell or take the right. We were all thinking it will be 0.50 after consolidation, NOT below 0.20 !

Back on 5 Feb in an announcement ( refer 9.2 risk ) the company admit their business is mobile value added services. They admit that the group does not have any prior experiences in healthcare business. I am bringing this point up because, I personally cannot logically justify making a reasonble investment decision to add more money into this company, whether it is going to be $6,000, $60,000 or $600,000. My reason is it will be a lot more profitable putting that sort of money with anyone of the glove counters, if that is just loose change in your pocket like Tengku Adnan. Just as an example even Mah Sing would be better proposition. Mah Sing is new in glove but at least they already got future orders. Mtouche has got nothing just hopeful fishing. Prove me wrong !

Based on 0.18 your average cost in now (1,800 + 6,000) / 70,000 = 0.111. Do make your own analysis. You haven't got much time.

If you have 10,000 shares now and you decide to take up the rights, it will mean you will be holding 60,000 rights taken up plus your 10,000 shares. your total no of shares is now 70,000. Your investment quantity of shares in this company has now increase 6 times, irrespective of what the final value of the price or your monetary investment. Big ask for a company making losses and not going anywhere except the rights are at a 44% discount based on today's price of 0.18. Is the 44% discount big enough for you make a quick profit, bearing in mind you are heavily invested in this company after the rights.

So it has been decided that for every share you can take up 6 rights @ 0.10. Ex date 4/5/2021.

If 12million + is the consolidated turnover at the moment, it means the unconsolidated turnover is 120million +. This is a very high turnover for this stock.

Kaching : It is 5,000 instead of 50,000 but the price has also changed from 0.02 to 0.20 before it start dropping. Your investment hasn't disappear.

If you are selling at 20,000 at 0.02 it is $400.00 At 2,000 it is at a price of 0.20 which is also $400.00. Same, same but different, taken the consolidation into account.

25% wipe out already from 0.20. If you think it is going to hit 0.10 you can sell now and pick it up later at 0.10 making a decent profit even in this loser.

Yes, freddiehero. There will be a lot more shares after the RI. Am pretty sure some of these will be off loaded. Don't need to chase the RI, might be even cheaper than the RI.

The whole world is evolving. In 6 months we could make a lot of money or lose a lot of money especially in the investment world. Nothing stay still. We can't wait for these lazy administrators to sit on their backsides. Typical Malaysian work ethics,slow, slow no big hurry.

So we should sell at anything slightly over 0.20 after consolidation and hope to buy back @ 0.10. ? It will be a while before they work out on the RI, likely to be heavily discounted from 0.20.

6 months is a long time in this Covid-19 crisis. An election could be called in 6 months! With the current Govt inaction except for more Emergency actions without results, I don't think they have the answer. Why 6 months? It's either takeover or off load the remaining 25% . Don't need a genius to figure this out, the direction from Bursa can be issued within one week.

This is it. 0.20 after consolidation. Can't see how it is going to attract investors to the RI at that price. Ticket for an opportunity to loose more money in the future instead of making more money.

You need 80 Million + turnover to get it below 0.02. The only guys who got that no of shares are the institutions or the sharks. They are the only ones who can decide if it is possible to make a decent profit after consolidation on the RI..

It's a good start. 5 more working days to get it down to 0.001. Possible.

Might as well come all the way down to 0.001 before consolidation so we can all afford to take up the rights issue at 0.01. JOKERS & CROOKS !
