PETALING JAYA: DXN Holdings Bhd. (DXN), sebuah syarikat berorientasikan kesihatan global dan syarikat jualan langsung kesihatan, merekodkan pendapatan sebanyak RM1.6 bilion bagi tahun kewangan berakhir 28 Februari 2023.

Hasil yang lebih tinggi itu merupakan peningkatan sebanyak 28.8 peratus tahun ke tahun daripada tahun kewangan berakhir 28 Februari 2022 sebanyak RM1.2 bilion.

Syarikat itu berkata, peningkatan hasil terutamanya didorong oleh momentum jualan yang kukuh dengan pertumbuhan jualan lebih tinggi bagi makanan dan minuman yang diperkaya di Amerika Latin, Maghribi dan India.

Untuk suku keempat tahun kewangan berkenanaan, Kumpulan mencatatkan hasil sebanyak RM405.0 juta, peningkatan 19.3 peratus daripada suku sama tahun kewangan sebelumnya.

“Sementara itu, keuntungan sebelum cukai (PBT) dan keuntungan selepas cukai (PAT) Kumpulan DXN untuk suku tersebut masing-masing sebanyak RM112.4 juta dan RM57.9 juta.





“Selain itu, PBT dan PAT Kumpulan DXN untuk tahun kewangan berakhir 28 Februari 2023 masing-masing berjumlah RM455.5 juta dan RM289.3 juta, yang diterjemahkan kepada peningkatan 25.5 peratus dan 17.9 peratus tahun ke tahun,” katanya dalam kenyataan.

Kewangan kami adalah terutamanya disebabkan oleh permintaan yang kukuh untuk makanan dan minuman kami yang diperkaya, khususnya produk kopi, oleh ahli kami di seluruh dunia.

“Memandang ke hadapan, kami yakin akan dapat mengekalkan momentum, semasa kami mengembangkan penawaran produk dan meluaskan kehadiran dalam pasaran sedia ada dan baharu.

“Komitmen terhadap kecemerlangan dan kepuasan pelanggan kekal menjadi keutamaan dalam strategi perniagaan kami, dan kami teruja untuk terus memacu pertumbuhan dan mencipta nilai untuk pemegang kepentingan kami,” katanya

“Our new branches in Brazil and Argentina are expected to be operational by the end of this year, while the other three countries within the next two to three years. We anticipate that it will take between three to five years to fully develop the potential in these five new markets. During that time, we hope to be fully prepared to enter the Chinese market as well,” he said.

Previously listed on the Main Market in 2003, it was delisted in December 2011 for the purpose of restructuring the company’s operations. Since privatisation, its revenue growth accelerated with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 17.2%.
