馬新黃金投資掀金慌‧不按時付利息引糾紛

（新加坡2日訊）獅城8月報導，8名男女掏出100萬（約250萬令吉）投資黃金，可是公司不按時付利息，結果引起糾紛，有人投訴，更有人報警。獅城商業事務局週一派人到該公司搜查，取走文件、電腦和金條等，同一時間該公司在大馬的辦公處也同樣受到大馬警方調查。

被投訴的金玉華黃金貿易私人有限公司，被指無法兌現回購承諾，引起當地人關注。商業事務局週一更在毫無徵兆下，派人到該公司位於烏節大廈8樓的辦公室搜查，並取走文件、電腦和金條等。

公司面對生意波動

最先投訴的是許先生。他投資9萬新元（約22萬5000令吉），幾個月後因拿不到原先承諾的2%利息，要求公司退還本金卻不得要領，所以向記者投訴。上週五，商人蔡先生也申訴以30萬新元（約75萬令吉）投資黃金，卻沒有按時收到利息。

記者接到投訴後走訪該公司，高級經理承認公司面對生意波動，無法按時派發回報，但絕不賴賬。沒想到言猶在耳，商業事務局已經介入調查。

據瞭解，調查人員一早突然拿著一疊疊空紙箱進入金玉華，把辦公處大門關上，門口貼著“今日休息”的告示。

消息傳開後，一些投資者趕來瞭解情況。

據悉，目前已有投資者集體向該公司採取法律行動。有傳該公司被追討的黃金重達500公斤，涉及金額多達1000萬新元（約2500萬令吉）。

金玉華早在去年2月被列入金融管理局的“投資者警惕名單”。

財務出狀況遲付傭金

金玉華上週五發出信件給投資者和銷售員，指公司出現財務問題，導致延遲支付回報額和傭金，以及無法準時實行回購計劃。

公司新上任的總經理林強（譯音）在信中指出，董事已經報案，並更換管理層，同時也請律師行處理公司的一切訴訟。

他說，董事們已經和願意協助公司渡過經濟難關的第三方交涉。

網站暫停運作

他勸請各方保持冷靜，並說公司會在近期內召開一系列對話會，邀請投資者和銷售人員參加。

金玉華的網站已暫停運作，只在首頁留言，請投資者保持冷靜︰“堅持信念，我們很快就回來，這是我們的承諾。”

斥媒體報導不實

《光明日報》於週二午後前往黃金投資公司位於舊古仔路的地址瞭解情況，現場已有近80人聚集在此，大部份自稱為投資者或是顧問代理（Consultant），但對於媒體的提問表現抗拒，有者直言媒體報導有打擊公司嫌疑。

據瞭解，週二早上公司門前擠滿人潮。有者聲稱，是前來瞭解情況，一些自稱是顧問代理的人士，指責媒體報導不實，當要求澄清事實時，卻不願說明事項。

一名華裔男子聲稱，他是在妻子的通知下，前來瞭解情況。他的親友都有參與公司的黃金計劃；至於週一的取締事件，他則表示不大瞭解。

另一名自稱為顧問代理的巫裔女士聲稱，這家黃金投資公司在全國約有6000名顧問代理。

黃金投資公司於週二照常營業，但除了公司職員外，外人一律不得進入。記者所見，公司內有國家銀行的人員四處走動，公司外也有近10名警員在場維持秩序。（光明日報）

潘儉偉非議成本高‧一馬商店每間耗677萬

（吉隆坡2日訊）民主行動黨八打靈再也北區國會議員潘儉偉非議首相兼財政部長拿督斯里納吉在2013年度財政預算案中，撥款3億8600萬令吉津貼零售業巨子邁丁在沙巴、砂拉越及納閩設立57間一個馬來西亞人民商店（KR1M），等於每間商店的成本為677萬令吉。

諷津貼朋黨經商

“大家別忘記2012年度財案只是津貼4000萬令吉給邁丁設立85間一個馬來西亞商店，平均一間成本是47萬1000令吉，為何到了2013年竟暴漲到677萬令吉才能開一間一個馬來西亞商店，政府不是公佈通貨膨脹只是1.9%嗎？＂潘儉偉於週二在國會走廊召開的記者會上說，就算計算從吉隆坡運送貨品到東馬內陸地區的運輸費，東馬的物價再貴也不可能需要670萬令吉來設立一間一個馬來西亞商店。

“政府的用意似乎想給予邁丁賺取暴利的特權。＂他建議政府將3億8600萬令吉津貼給東馬所有小型零售商店，以降低日常必需品的物價，沒必要去津貼朋黨經營生意。

另一方面，民主行動黨秘書長兼峇眼區國會議員林冠英則說，撥款3億8600萬令吉在沙巴及砂拉越設立57間一個馬來西亞商店，只有一家承包經營的商店受益。

“可是，一個馬來西亞商店卻可能導致當地零售業者的生意大受打擊，更糟糕的是因為設立一個馬來西亞商店導致成本大幅度提高。＂“邁丁獨家獲得政府津貼，才能出售比市場更便宜的貨品，這將打擊當地霸市、小商店的生意。＂林冠英認為，2013年度財政預算案對人民不友善，反而是對朋黨友善，因為當中有109億令吉是撥給朋黨相關的工程，只有42億令吉是直接撥給人民。

他說，雖然國家總稽司報告將於2週後才公佈濫用撥款的弊端，但2013年度財政預算案已有例子，例如撥款9000萬令吉購買30萬套制服給活躍的志願警衛團，每套制服平均是300令吉；撥款2000萬令吉購買1000輛摩多給警員巡邏，每輛平均2萬令吉。（光明日報）

Don't argue lah both,share price basically not reflect on its physical way or can be say not related at all.In 2011 I buy in at 2.60 after collect it's 0.75 dividend,it send me to 1.45.Now,it pay 11 sen,I'm not brave enough to take it anymore...honestly.But anyway it still better than put in FD.

HI Mat if base on the current trend,the HA still have opportunity, but not sure hows is the calculation work after expired.If in logical price, the HA suppose to be 0.2 above already,but clearly it shift down with the mother like call warrant.Not really sure BURSA understand what is call & put warrant work.By the way I cannot find any explanation regarding to HA after expired,it just show the conversion ratio.The important fact if Ambank play dunno after expired, investor will become retard player with contribute Ambank lots of money at HA offer price start at 0.15.

Nope assthrow i'm not concern at all regarding whether it is liquid or not,since warrant is not a stock counter,it just an future agreement or derivatives.If you spot the future market is bull,mostly people will buy call.If bear,people will buy put for hedge purpose or buying an insurance to prevent banker blackjack.Mostly warrant is not a gambling counter,it is just an agreement regarding to the mother share future performance.Basically will hold until it matured,not use it for contra trading.

So means that the strike price for JCY-HA is at 1.22.If JCY price stay at 1.05 until the HA matured.Means that Ambank need to pay the HA holder according to the formula,is that right?

Nope in US 1,but that one is issue from the company itself and in M'sia is issue by Ambank.Sounds like the purpose is different,since Ambank have no relationship with JCY at all,if matured and JCY price is lower than strike price.Suppose that Ambank must pay his HA holder certain percentage,but in this case if matured not sure Ambank willing to pay or not or the HA just burn with no purpose like a ponzi listing scheme.

I'm not pretty sure the Put warrant concept in M'sia,but put warrant suppose is an insurance or hedge that issue by the company to provide confidence to his share holder that hold the mother share.Mostly,company with strong reputation will issue HA,to guarantee the mother share price will not drop below the strike price.If else, the share price drop,holder can sell the HA according to the strike price during matured and make profit due to the guarantee strike price.

If refer to the strike price of HA at 1.22,Ambank need to pay back HA holder certain amount of money during matured. since the current price already lower than strike price.

RAUB, Sept 2 — The ‘Himpunan Hijau Raub’ (Raub Green Gathering) failed to attract the 20,000 participants originally hoped for and saw only about 3,000 people assemble in the town centre here to protest against the Raub Australian Gold Mine Sdn Bhd in Bukit Koman.
