JetLine is projecting an annual turnover of RM 2,000,000,000..... yes 2 billions.. no kacang putih biz.. tis one.. but high end business jet plane business

Say its gross profit margin is 30% of turnover...
So its cost of sales at 70% of turnover is ..

= 1,400,000,000 i.e. 2,000,000,000 × 70%

Say out of tis.. jz mere 10% local content is done by MQTECH...MQTECHs revenue wld incease by....

= 140,000,000 i.e. 1,400,000,000 × 10%

Say net profit is 10% as it is hi tech stuff n MQTECH is d sole n exclusive manufacturer... n is tax free.... so extra net profit from tis JetLine agreement wil b 14,000,000

MQTECHs Share capital is 230,563,000 now... say 10% new shares from private placement then
d new share capital is 253,619,000

EPS thn is 0.055 ie 14,000,000 ÷ 253,619,000

Say PE is 10 as profit visibility is good as d agreement is for 10 years n MQTECH wld b transformed by then..

so TP is =0.55 ie 0.055 × 10 for tis JetLine biz alone

so TP is 0.55... conservatively...

0.135 sen to 55 sen... up abt 350%.. n tis jz mere 10% local content.. cld b more..

Then..... u hv JetLine spending RM 1.1 bil to buy over a USA jet maker... SyberJet Aircraft... Cant get more hu tech thn tis....

N after tat.. JetLine was issued a license by MITI... not quietly mind u... but wit a lot of fanfare... n d license was handled over by d head of MITI himself...
