Dont forget Malaysia will sign MOU with china by the end of the year. Also dont forget that Malaysia has emergency use pathway for vaccines and drugs used for pandemics. So there is a chance that covid vaccine may receive early emergency use approval for frontliners and high risk groups such as elderly pending the full approval of the vaccine.
