Kanger China is a JV with local government of Jingzhou, Hunan Province, China.
They sign vaccine agreement with Sinopharm Hunan.
GLC sign with GLC in same province....what's the problem?

30m does also want to sign with Beijing office? They produce billion doses for world market la. Of course, delegate sale handling to those already with established connections, in this case to Hunan.

@CJB I think in simple terms, private sector means Non-Governmental ie private hospitals/ clinics/ etc. Government Hospitals are Public sectors. This letter is only for private sector.
Not sure who will be procuring for Public sectors, I suppose likely would be arranged on a G to G basis.
