I have been long on this counter since when it was at its peak of 1.20 base on my TA remiser recommendation, Did not follow the cut lost advice, and no dividend with capital lost for years.
Trap for a long long time until come the pandemic when she drops to the range of 20~30 sen
for me to average down till 70sen range, and finally exit with a handsome gain.

I am not sure why bonus shares are given instead dividend and I did not see any expansion plan to grow the revenue.

Please exercise cautious if you were to venture into this counter.

@taloha just a gentle reminder if next week ccm meeting fail to come out mutual agreement between creditors and barakah it would be a falling knife. The ccm meeting content can refer back to bursa announcement. Try to read and think bout it, is it possible for creditors to agree on the proposal. Unless barakah found a white knight then would be different story, yep thats a limit up. Due date submission of regularise plan is coming May, yes next month, before barakah will be suspended from trading. There is a hike in share price these days, could it be pump and dump happening? we call a a distribution process for big shark to cabut. The owner may be is good educationist but he is definitely a lousy businessman. Education is supposed to be a lucrative business, Dr.Palan has the capability to set up the business but does not has the ability to make it profitable, by right, if it is manage well , the business should be a business that can help contribute in building up the national interest as well as taking care of company share holder interest.

The only way out is selling the major stakes of the business to international conglomerate who are savvy in education business plan and strategy, while Dr.Palan would just need to focus on what he in good at that is the day to day educational business stuff.

Looking at the QR result trend, If the situation persist , she might get delisted sometime soon .......

The listing in HK will not do any good to existing share holders unless Topglove offer bonus HK IPO shares or right to purchase HK IPO shares at an attractive discounted price to existing share holders in Malaysia. Else listing in HK will do more harm than good to existing share holders
