@ Sslee. The problem with INSAS is they don't share the cash. They give you peanuts and ask you for more money like a beggar. So, where is the huge cash they say they have? Is it real? Why ask for more when there is so much available for use?

Its balance sheet based on equity trackers does not appear to be great to me. Approximately, short term loans- RM217m, cash & equities - RM43m,receivables-RM171m, payables- RM49m. Its latest quarterly report may provide more up-to-date info. I am still learning and so not implying anything on this stock.

my message for this old con man is to stay away from the good companies. leon fuat is a real undervalued and extremely promising company that is very likely to fly but this old man has such a poor reputation...it's just tarnishing the reputation of the company. matter of time before leon fuat flies but this old man probably just slowing it down.

by the way, for everyone's info, all these articles are written by the analysts hired by koon yew yin for his family office - Koon Yew Yin Capital. it's just approved by koon yew yin, not written by him. really poor quality stuff from the analysts working there......EPS x 4 x 10. hahaha need to improve the quality of your family office la old man.

I been investing in Leon Fuat many years...
Compare to KYY, I think he only invest in Leonfuat last week only...
My cost is 30-40sen, his cost is 70sen..
And this company really shows improvement every quarter, and share price gradually up. With or without KYY, the share price still around 60-70sen.
For me, steel counter will continue show good profit at least for next two quarter... Unless KYY push the price to RM1.00, if not then no point to sell now.

Using Kyy's basis to ascertain whether a counter is underated is far too simplistic.
I just came across PPHB, last two qtr eps is 11.32 sen. Assuming the company can continue to maintain the last two qtr earnings then the full year EPS should be 22.64sen. On a PE of 10; the counter should be trading at RM2.26 ??? Currently PPHB is only 90sen, so you are looking at >150% upside !!!
On top of that , PPHB has been reporting profit every qtr for the more than the last 10 years.
Therefore if you use KYY's basis to ascertain if a counter is underrated/ undervalued, then there are many many in Bursa qualify for that ??
When KYY recommend, watch out !!

Yes. If Leon Fuat is under-rated. What about Chuan Huat? Much better NTA than Leon Fuat. Yeah. I too suspect KKY is offloading LF and that's why he is promoting LF now. Take a look at Chuan Huat's NTA. Having same biz and more diversified than Leon Fuat's biz.

ORNA is underrated
9.04 sen EPS in 4Q20 means FY21 easily can make 9.04 * 4 = 36.16 sen EPS round up to 36.16 sen EPS. This is not aggressive because PAPER PULP price still increasing trend.

6 x PE on FY21 EPS of 36.16 sen = 6 * 36.16 = RM 2.1
