As a possible plan: say buy 15000 mother (for about RM 8300), receive 3000 RPS (RM 3000 for subscription), will receive 7000 free warrants. Please adjust plan to suit individual taste, just remember you don't want to end up with odd lots. If you detect a mistake, pls let me know Thanks.

Hey, since I have gained from investing in Trive, dgb, vsolar....and remain invested, I feel obliged to speak out. Pls see my posts. All numbers are accurate to the number of significant figures quoted.

No, you pay RM1 for the RPS and you get 5%(5sen)per annum and at end of 5years, you get back your RM 1. And for each RPS subscribed, you get 2.33 free warrants. And as a gentle reminder, for each mother share bought BEFORE the ex-date（5mar), you get 0.2right. Hope this is clear. Nice day.

Just to clarify....my calculation given on 23 Feb was incomplete because need to subscribe to the RPS(RM1) to get the free warrants, so this must be included in the cost if we want to calculate the overall gain...

Some ppl may say negative things while making lots of money, but there are also many positive comments and so far I have not found anything really problematic!

Just to be fair to Ptrans, actually i made more than 50k from this counter in just one year, and that's quite a lot of money to me. One thing I did was to subscribe to the warrants, and I think the reward for ppl who did so is high.

Tksw sifu, how to piss offf with a company that brings so much gain? I didn't follow it so closely as you already untung kaw kaw, sure you untung kaw kaw kaw one lah, but good lah, after covid can go makan angin on Ptrans bus, and Air Asia!

Whole market down, no fault of Jenifer and Dato lor, I just top up some....same reason company doing well, expanding and in fact is Daiko in this area, so confident it will go up!

Towards end of January I first posted here to say I would subcribe my or in full. Got alot of negative feedback. So, I would like to share the result of my investment on Trive in line with the purpose of i3investor. Bought 481k shares (408k from OR subscription) and 238k warrants for RM63.3k, sold 461k shares and 168k warrants for RM65.8k, so made RM1500 and 20k shares and 70k warrants. Maybe not much, but is about 10%gain in about 2months. Happy enough. Hope this sharing helps :)

Ganazgunter2, By rps price you mean the RM 1?I thought no relation between this and the mother price, because the 5% interest is based on the RM1, in other words if RM2,then it's 5%of RM2. Please explain.... maybe I salah faham

Warrant fetching quite good price now, I think for mother need to hold first, don't panic sell!

Hi, just want to say be fair to dgb....it did rise to above 15sen, and if one sells enough mother, and the warrant was fetching good price too, one would have untung quite a bit! I hope the same will happen to Trive! btw Trive RI was oversubscribed, though by tiny bit, haha, good luck to all of us!

Am investing in this counter, looks quite safe, as a form of diversification of my investment, haha!

In other words, to get more than the 5%, (from the numerator), the condition is m1>0.3m0+35.eg1.m0=50,m1>50(obviously). Eg2. m0=55,m1>51.5. eg3.m0=60, m1>53. In words, eg2 says if buy mother at 55sen now, and mother is more than 51.5 after warrants conversion than gain will be more than the 5%.Of course also assuming you have not sold the original mother bought at 55sen. Yes, there are quite a few it's, but my intention is just to get some numbers to have a feel of what I am getting into. I feel the chance of getting more than 5%is high, but you judge please.

CharlesT, did the kindergarten math assuming exercise warrant, pls check, hope no mistake: Let m0 be price of mother bought in sen, m1 price of mother after warrant exercised, so the gain% is:((m1-m0)+2.33(m1-50))/(m0+2.33×50). Plus the 5%interest.

Ya, not saying it's kindergarten math, but think some calculations can give some guidance.

CharlesT, yes similar to India's, but interest is 5%instead of 3.8%,and number of free warrants per RPS subscribed is 3.5 instead of 2.5. Can you calculate the potential gain if mother is say 58-60sen?

Anzhsb: conversion price for warrant is 50sen.

Good day. Just to qualify my general positive comments....I have high respect for Ptrans, investing alot (relative to myself), and also untung much, not saying it's 100% perfect investment, so I never put all eggs in one basket.....

Is it not natural to gostan after up so much? Some ppl need to sell for all kind of valid reasons.....who don't need cash at times? My thinking is price is uptrend over time due to company performing....then ok lah for me, haha, I very happy with Ptrans!

RPS is to fund their project: 95 million contract with TM. Legitimate cause.

RPS ex-date is 5mar. Terms and conditions look good to me: right/share=0.2, free warrant/RPS=3.5, tenure is 5 yrs, interest 5%/yr. So, expecting price to move upwards.
