tshwong is right. Oil slump has only kicked in a forced price correction. The mass-market always over-react. For traders this may or may not be good but for investors, this happens to be a good time to get in. If you look at Sapura-Ken (a stronger company as compared to Bumi), then you can easily draw parallels of why this may climb to 2 or so in this year or earlier.
