Don’t be surprise if he pops up and say thank you 9month later after selling hibiscus-wc for handsome profit. Then he will say, from EPS 3 to EPS 6 for two consecutive quarters. It fits his golden rule again.

What I think they are doing is, to reduce numbers of shares when price is not that high and improve financial ratio for bonus issue again in future with hurting financial ratio too much. This way, share holder gets more share without needing to buy it themselves. That’s the best way I could think of at the moment. That’s what I would do.
What do u guys think?

Very funny that every morning, IDSS will manage to sell at 3-4sen up. And for some stupid reason, someone sells back to them after 6sen down in the evening.

Miniaturised arc reactor with thermoelectric capabilities to convert nuclear energy to electric direct. Yes, oil will be for good. Until then, petroleum, natural gas and coal will be our primary source of energy.

Uncle Koon, Q1,18 and Q2,18 can’t be used as reference as includes one off profit and some good will. That’s not core operating profit. Q3,18 and Q4,18 provides clearer picture of hibiscus core operating profit. Read page 20-26 latest QR. The opex per barrel is decreasing. About usd15-20 per barrel. As long price above uSD60 Gross margin about 75%. Profit margin about 30%.
Simply ask why EPS6 down to EPS3 reflects badly on you. You didn’t read all the report didn’t you? In the earlier quarter report, they did say the oilfield are scheduled for maintainance and reduced offtakes. Hence you can clearly see reduce amount of barrels sold. Perhaps the maintenance work has something to do with offtakes.

Electricity substitute for oil. What a joke.
Oil can produce electricity. Can electricity produce electricity? It’s not even close to chicken and egg question.
Only about 20% comes from renewables and nuclear. The other 80% comes from burning stuff. And 92% of transportation is powered by petroleum. For Tesla to drop it from 92% to say 70%, if petroleum is not used for transportation, it can easily use for ELECTRICITY GENERATION.
Go get urself education man.

For hibiscus, more important metrics of assessment should be opex per barrel and capping administration and finance cost.
How much they sell per quarter is irrelevant. More important to sell more in QUarters with good price and sell less during bad price to maximise profit.
MAXIMISE profit should be focus.

For IB, this is a low risk counter. Even if they have ding dong this way since 40sen, the capital involved in passing for left hand to right hand has gained 100%. That's on top of countless expired warrant that where they have made money.
IMO, stop loss is the best technique invented by manipulator to buy low sell high. If u think suppressing the price serves the best interest of the numbers of shares manipulator have, then you are wrong. They KNOW the capital will appreciate, and they just wanna make more money by collecting more shares and more money in between by offer call warrant. If retailers don't fall into their trap, IB will be only trading with themselves. Neither their capital will appreciate nor the warrant will sell. Suppressing will price will de-value the shares they have, but it's compensated by collecting more shares at lower price.

So, u think Bcos IB issued warrant and that’s why price are suppressed. Does that mean if they continue to issue warrant, the price would be suppressed indefinitely? If so, how did hibiscus price grew from 50c to 1.36 at some point?

If got recurring revenue like Penta or Vitrox. 5% recurring revenue for maintenance and services.
Let's assume the product life cycle start with 2 years warranty. Year 3, Year 4, Year 5 requires maintenance and expires at the end of year 5. 5% of accumulated total sales from Yr 3, 4, 5 from now is 53mil. 5% recurring income from service and maintain on 53 mil generates additional 2.6mil of revenue per annum this year and 3,4 mil revenue per annum next year. I haven include year 6 onwards. And total sales of machine since 2006 is 203mil.
It will be awesome if they write their QR separating services and maintain revenue in its section. Then, this counter will be very appealing. This counter should trade that PE15 above. Got 50% upside.
Really excited to see next QR.

I share mike's opinion. It has strong revenue. It makes no sense to go for default settlement when Armada has strong ability to generate revenue. Impairment are one off unlike operating expense.
When those impairment are gone. It goes back to blue. That's not the same as operating expenses.
Anyway, Kraken and it's revenue can be use as collateral and leverage for long term loan. I wonder why with Kraken's final acceptance, why is this not done yet.
If i'm management, I will hire good lawyers and speed up the claim from Woodside and expedite Claire's redeployment.

DickyMe, what’s ur problem if hibiscus becomes RM2 or RM3?
In ur estimate, u forgot that hibiscus as NTA of 70sen. At price of RM1.06, u r paying a premium of 36sen. Hibiscus assets generates about 6sen per quarter for past 3 quarters. In last 3Q, Brent price fluctuated between USD70 and USD40. Yet maintains its EPS 6sen.
Conservative estimate if price maintains between 70usd to 40USD, at EPS 6 sen, it only takes 6 quarters to break even the premium. At NTA RM1.06, NTA with MORE cash no debts. I will leave the market to decide the price.
At forwards Annualised EPS 24sen, PE 5 is RM1.20. PE 7.5 is RM1.8, and PE 10 is RM2.40.
If offtakes increases at good price, forward Annualised EPS 32sen, at PE 5 is RM1.60. PE 7.5 is RM2.40, and PE 10 is RM3.20.
Annualised EPS 24sen is within grasp. Annualised EPS 32 is achievable. And any PE below 10 is not over price, if it is, 90% of BSKL is over priced.
If u wanna compare with those counter converting EPS by selling 100million worth of landland. A good question to ask is if these counter hv how many 100million worth of land to sell and for how many quarters more? You cant say the same for hibiscus. It can keep pumping £££ for many years to come. It’s just matter of time.

@armadatuah, well...a retards understand what my lot means. And I hope that you are better. I don't buy bursa. I bought armada. I do own abit of Armada as long as it's public listed as per contract.
@shpok4574, Kenanga increased 15million shares. Not sure in what period. Actually, if you aren't bragging about sapuing millions of shares, you could probably in top 20 private shareholders. Cos, Pacific Income Fund only owns 2million shares and it's in top 20. =D
@ Huatexpert, useful sharing. Thanks.
According to Morningstar, Kenanga has increase 15million shares. Huatexpert is right about CIMB reducing it's position by 6.5million shares. I wonder these ownership changes updates in what frequency.
