IGBREIT DY is above 5%

REITs buy for its dividend

don't buy for chart trading

it will stuck very long and very slow

so whatever theory in technical chart cannot apply for REIT counter

either company increase the dividend payment amount or wait the share price drop

recent run up of REITs share price have cause the DY to fall below 5%

before this I bought when still lower price, all DY is above 5% or even some is 6%
