The share price is ex bonus 1:2 first then share split 1:2.
So if u have 1,000 shares, at the end u will have 3,000 shares. They will arrive by July 4th the bonus shares,

Transfer to mainboard to be completed by end of December 2015 after the bonus issues settled by August.
To expect some other sweets later too.

All resolutions approved today with many shareholders turned up.
Biomass plant purchase is expected to start contributing by 2016 middle.
Expected to achieve revenue of RM100million this year - still on track despite the weakness in MYR.

Higher dividend payout by end of the year of at least one sen.
