Both Tropicana Gardens (Kota Damansara opposite Giza along trafiic jamed Jln surian n Pandora Box (adjoining Subang train station without access to Federal Highway at the moment) were/are selling at RM 800-RM 900 psf. Overpriced. Flippers and speculators will be caught buying units in these 2 developments. Too late now to let go. Holding costs will be a financial burden

Malaysian property at SGD500k is dead cheap at the rate of appreciation in flagship b.....Singapore property can go up and down by 100k SGD but Malaysia property has not show sign of decline....

If they do its alreadi more expensive than non dips....not advisable as selling price will b determine by psf in area of location while dips buyer may pay up to 20% higher. Not forgetting the loan is under ur name and developer only takes on interest during construction of the aforesaid property......after which is back to you but in actual fact u paid above market price.....note Aldo if developer runs.....loan is still urs and yet u paid above market.....but of course tropicana is safe...won't run
