What is wrong with high receivable?

Higher value shares of RM10 and above can maintain at a lot of 100 shares. Just imagine when we que to buy 100K shares of say 10 sen, the operators just throw to you 100 shares, your buy cost is more than double including the minimum comm. and other charges.
