KUALA LUMPUR (June 21): Ekovest Bhd had today received the approval-in-principle for the planned "Kuala Lumpur River City" development from the Malaysian Government.

Kuala Lumpur River City is a planned real estate project along the Gombak River here. In a statement to Bursa Malaysia today, Ekovest said it obtained the approval via wholly-owned subsidiary Ekovest KL Bund Sdn Bhd.

"Further details will be made upon finalisation of the privatisation terms and conditions for the proposed project," Ekovest said.

At 12:30pm today, Ekovest shares settled unchanged at RM1.17 for a market value of RM2.5 billion. The stock saw 1.74 million shares traded.

Last year, the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) inked a deal in which it bought 40% of the highly coveted Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (Duke 1 and 2) for RM1.13bil.

This price tag had valued Duke 1 and 2 at a whopping RM2.82bil, higher than the market capitalisation of Ekovest Bhd then, the vendor of the highway, at RM2bil.

This led to Ekovest being deemed an undervalued stock then, and since then, its share price has risen to give the company a current market capitalisation of RM3bil.

【SOLUTN母子飘起“冷‘风】

SOLUTN一路都是笔者有分享追踪的一家公司，同时也是冷眼前辈新书分享会的30家心水股之一。今天年报终于出炉了，股东大会时在6月22日。管理层对公司的展望也非常正面，公司耗资RM11 mil在 Technology Park Malaysia建立Office以及 assembly facility。而且公司在卖了产业后会有RM7.7 mil现金进帐，现金流非常强劲。因此管理层在年报提到，还在努力找寻着拼购同个领域但不同产品路线的公司以扩大业务。

看着看着，笔者就顺手拉到TOP 30 股东，冷眼前辈的名字出现在母股以及凭单。最夸张的是SOLUTN-WA买到12 mil股，排名第2，母股排名第7。今天相信很多年报里会看到冷眼前辈的名字，笔者就不多提了，现在网络上应该都传到乱咯。

**不论有没有名人在里面，最重要的还是公司的基本面要好。
