（吉隆坡23日讯）5G通讯设备发展潜能庞大，益纳利美昌（INARI，0166，主板科技组）来年将拨出1亿5000万令吉资本开销，以应付市场需求。

计划峇都加湾建厂

出席该公司股东大会的股东向《星洲财经》表示，管理层计划在峇都加湾建造第13座工厂，该工厂面积约60万方尺，新工厂预期在6个月内可竣工。

“上述工厂仍在计划中，胥视美国客户需求而定。”

管理层表示，美国客户正在洽谈收购其他业者，而收购对象只要涉足不同的领域，因此公司便会为客户制造相关需求。

“若客户涉足智能汽车领域，那么我们便会制作相应组件。只要客户涉足新的业务，那么我们也会间接受惠。”

益纳利美昌业务50%来自射频晶片制造、光电纤维制造及晶片包装则各占30%及20%。

管理层说，该公司处于正确的科技领域，未来仍具有很大的发展空间。

“凡是无需电线的产品，都需要射频晶片，而现在市场最热门的话题是5G产品，该产品传输速度比现有的产品还要快上10倍至100倍。”

管理层透露，未来将会聘请更多高阶的科技员工，方可提供更高的附加价值制作。此外，该公司未来也有意透过收购，以达到协同效应。

“以P21号厂为例，该厂完成收购不足1年，其收益率相当不错。”

KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 2): Shares of Kronologi Asia Bhd rose 5.08% in active trade in the morning session today on expectation of favourable earnings in its third quarter.

At 12.28pm, Kronologi rose 6 sen to RM1.24 with 5.12 million shares traded.

Kronologi is expected to announce its financial results to Bursa Malaysia later today.

Last month, Kronologi said it was acquiring Quantum Storage (Hong Kong) Ltd for RM45 million in a bid to expand into the enterprise data management market, especially in Hong Kong and Taiwan.

The purchase price will be satisfied by the issue of up to 40.8 million new Kronologi shares at 98 sen each and a cash payment of up to RM5 million.

Kronologi said the RM45 million price tag was agreed at after arms' length negotiations and based on a willing buyer-willing seller basis, and will be settled on a staggered payment basis. It represents a price-earnings multiple of 8.85 times based on the profit warranty for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2017 (FY17) of US$1.2 million (RM5.07 million).

吉隆坡7日讯）迪耐（DNEX，4456，主板贸服股）宣布2项消息，包括推出国内首个货船和贸易管理门户网站——1Trade，以及与6国家的电子商务公司签署了解备忘录。

该公司日前发文告指出，1Trade将会把供应链和跨境物流聚合一起，以此简化货船和贸易管理的过程。

“1Trade会收集进出口商的发票、即将或已启程的航行、监管和中介的通行等的数据，一直到货物运输为止。”

另一方面，迪耐子公司DNeXPORT也与6个国家与地区的电子商务公司签署了解备忘录，协议一起创造更有效率的跨境贸易。

该6家公司分别来自新加坡、泰国、印尼、菲律宾、台湾和韩国。

迪耐执行副主席拿督三苏胡申点出，这项协议将为公司提供一个适合让1Trade使用的平台。

（吉隆坡6日讯）科鼎（BIOHLDG，0179，创业板消费股）宣布，在香港成立独资子公司负责研发及分销活动，借此把业务版图扩大到香港及中国。

科鼎日前发文告指出，上述子公司为Bioalpha（香港）有限公司，缴足资本为200万港元（约108万令吉），主要负责研发活动、制造、进出口、分销及贸易保健产品，并且会在香港科技园进行研发活动。

科鼎董事经理韩丁国指出，成立香港子公司，标记着科鼎又向前迈进一步，证明集团要进一步涉足中国市场的承诺。

他说，集团将利用在香港的新研发中心，针对当地及中国市场，开发新产品和配方。

此外，科鼎会申请香港科学及科技园机构（HKSTP）提供的辅助金，若获批准，必然会加速发展进度。

KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 27): Bioalpha Holdings Bhd is collaborating with Koperasi Polis Diraja Malaysia Bhd (KPD) to market its pharmaceutical products at the premises of the Royal Malaysian Police Department.

In a filing today, Bioalpha said the one-year collaboration agreement was signed between its wholly-owned unit Mediconstant Pharmacy Sdn Bhd and KPD today.

"Each party may terminate the collaboration agreement by providing thirty days' notice in advance," added the pharmaceutical group.

Set up in 1928, KPD is one of four institutions that are recognised by the Malaysian Parliament as a bumiputra fund agency. The other three institutions are Permodalan Nasional Bhd, Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera and Lembaga Tabung Haji.

乐天研究指出，科鼎控股是国内领先的综合健康补充品公司，不仅在雪兰莪万宜和印尼廖内拥有两家工厂，也在登嘉楼巴西拉惹和柔佛迪沙鲁设有1300英亩草药园。

科鼎控股的健康补充品拥有清真认证，主要出口市场是印尼和中国，未来计划分别在印尼、中国和大马推出27种、12种和10种新产品。

科鼎控股的药剂行品牌是Constant，目前拥有17家分行，预料2018年之前扩充至30家。该公司最近与ANGKASA合作，预期可透过全国1万2000家合作社及800万会员扩充在线e-Constant业务。

科鼎控股拥有稳定的资产负债表，净现金达2580万令吉。该行预测该公司2018财政年盈利成长率为42.8%。

乐天给予科鼎控股“买进”评级，目标价为38仙，目标本益比为2018财政年的19倍。

科鼎到底<鼎不鼎>？
由于星期六，资汇霸气的报道，区区马币两百million的科鼎竟然是众多基金佬，虎视眈眈的对象，所以stock gem 团队成员就一时兴起凑热闹地去翻一翻今天新鲜出炉的季报。和大家吹吹水。

对比去年，revenue 起了 10% 主要是生产和销售药物的那方面和export sales 持续增长。然而cost of sales 和admin cost 没有明显的增加，我的猜测是产品的demand 不错，不用marketing 很够力都可以卖。
还有很神奇的一个地方是科鼎Profit 差不多起了一倍，tax 却没有起到。仔细一看，原来科鼎享有bio nexus status和 East Coast Economic Region Status by Malaysian Investment Development Authority 十年的tax exemption!!所以可以慢慢享用两年后的美味果实。
在年头的right issue的时侯， 很多人都担心科鼎过多的esos 和right issue 会盖过它成长的脚步。 然而在Management 合理的管理下，这个季度，单凭现有资源，revenue 和profit 都双双突破新高。所以让人不仅遐想连连Q3 和 Q4 科鼎的旺季。
总结
仅仅单看数据的话，科鼎的Q 2 是不错的。更不要说现在正积极的发展上游药田，famasi, 中国，印尼市场。此外，科鼎的年报是很高的disclosure，很Informative. 以现在单季0.3 eps 最少 来看，（第一季ESOS所以亏损）旺季 eps 0.5 x 2 。今年如果eps 1.6 pe 20 的话，股价也许是0.32 ???迟些再Post 科鼎part 2~~

KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 14): Public Investment Bank Bhd Research said Bioalpha Holdings Bhd’s share price was bottoming out of its consolidation phase.

In a technicals note today, the research house said bullish RSI and MACD indicators currently signal reasonable entry level, with anticipation of continuous improvement in both momentum and trend in near term to lift price higher to the subsequent resistance levels of 27 sen and 28 sen.

“However, failure to hold onto support level of 24.5 sen may indicate weakness in the share price and hence, a cut-loss signal,” it said.
