For me, still think it will be a geng to try make a take over on AT with huge PP, ESOS and SIS. The size of issuance since the new Board, is already 4 times of initial issuance. If the "geng" controls 70% of the issuance, means AT ady under control, then the proce manipulation for cheaper PP will be reasonable. Example, get 200m PP, then throw 30% / 60m to press the price for cheaper PP, with a profit.

ESOS / SIS can only be issued to employees and director with specific holding terms, NO outsiders could get this. This is some of the basic Bursa rules.

It need a buyer and a seller to complete a transaction. To sell 60mil shares cheaper will also need a buyer for the 60 mil. It is in open market, available for ANYONE to buy at that price too. I would be the first one on the Q if the PP subscribers to sell cheaper at loss to press the price down as you claimed, wouldn't everyone else here too?

Always remember that although Bursa may not be as strict as some other market but it is not dead and there are binding rules that must be adhered.

In the Bursa open market, it is an open for anyone to bid the price to buy and sell, unlike buying/selling in pasar, where Seller can choose which buyer to sell or Buyer negotiating with Seller on what terms to buy.

Would an investor with ready fund (tens of millions) that qualified for Private Placement to make just 10%~20% ROI? If that's the case, might as well just buy from open market without all the hassle and one lump sum huge investment. So, the accusation that PP holders is disposing is highly unlikely.

Then brainless haters will accuse ESOS holders disposing. Any directors dispose their holding must be declared thru Bursa publicly and ESOS always comes with disposal terms that required a min amount of holding.

So who is disposing? Investors invested before June are getting around 0.04~0.06 that is quite a decent return. It could also be swing traders buying in at 0.065 ~ 0.070 and dispose with a bid or two rise, if the amount is large enough the return is good too.

Some may say it is operator manipulation, left hand to right hand. Those who accuse so may enlighten everyone how this is done? Try doing that for millions of shares transaction daily.

Didn't you read the Business Diversification Proposal that AT is divesting into Glove Machinery Makers too, so AEMB in PCBA & electronic components fit into the diversification plan nicely.

Over the next 3 years, AT planned investment for 200mil~300mil in glove line, it make perfect sense to own this capability internally rather than dependent on external 3rd party. All glove makers looking to expand their prod capacity, this market segment alone is huge for very few competitors.
