I just checked the website of PGSB. It was established for more than 12 years and in my opinion, PGSB already has very large customer base in gloves. Moreover, according to their website, they already have all the certs related to gloves.

PG has always been in industrial glove making, a fact that none can deny. It's customer base and cert are all for industrial gloves. Its expertise, experience and exposure could be the only PG advantage but it is still very much focused in industrial glove.

Thus, PG do not actually add much value to ATG, especially when AT has invested in building prod line with newer and better technology. It's prod line could run both nitrile and latex glove unlike other glove makers, giving the competitive advantage for quick prod switch over as market demand.

In PG Acquisition SSA clearly stated 6 Conditions Precedent that each party must fulfilled to complete the deal.

Malaysian stocks very well known for BUY ON RUMOURS AND SELL ON NEWS. So when all these are doing, with the upcoming rumours, there are no signs of buying or signs of pushing up at all. So, tell me la whats the attraction of this for investor to come in when all these they are doing for their future value, but stock price has yet to move even a step, but dumping... So where will the investors come when no attractions are put into it.. simple as that. Malaysian stocks also dont buy on news released and sell on ntg unless its a very good strong news or catalyst. This has been the norm for Bursa. For AT case, any good news has been shielded and doesnt prove any value on the share price...If AT is doing all these, by right the share price should move up already slowly, and burst when near quarter on the wish of sell on news, but i dont see this going anywhere.......

My point is those who trapped because they chase high can only blame their GREED, because no one could predict when it is going to turn and when it will return to the peak. Next is NEVER play with money you can't afford to lose because market don't always behave the way you wished.
