Fuziah Salleh is also a very good choice for deputy PM, have you heard her speak in Parliament. Zairil Khir and Abdul Aziz Bari also might be good ministers but not PM now.

Although i still believe in PH and its greater agenda, but sincerely hope that Gerakan or the independent candidates get many votes to show that the people is unhappy. If Gerakan win for the best. At least it has balls to leave BN.

Bersatu and our PM thinks that they are the best and the greaters, he is old and should leave as soon as possible. Example, even the thought to sell PLUS is cronyism at its clearest form.

The main reason i bought some small amount of OKA because i have been seeing their logo on alot of concrete U drainage during my commute to work at different areas. The other day i saw a trailer with a huge concrete I-beam driving along the road. I guess signs that they are getting business. Also, the dividend rate is quite high.

Next catalyst would be a very green quarter result this month.

Mitchu why would you say Hibiscus has a bad management? Any reason?

IMO, i feel hibiscus has the best management for O&G. They do very clear reporting on their annual reports. I dont feel they are hiding anything. They have clear long term production target of 20k for 2021 and have been achieving their past set targets. Currently they are increasing their daily production rate higher than projection.

They bought over from Shell at a cheap price, most of their other fields are bought at a low price. They are net cash and can leverage any time if they see a good project or any 2P or 3P plots of oil reserves.

Just because their share dont run like some other counters does not mean its management is bad. This is not a speculative counter. MBM Resources was a good company but it took such a long time before it spiked and is continuing to rise. I believe Hibiscus is the same.

Not a good news, but oil should jump on Monday most likely.

2. DETAILS

The Contract is for the provision of Drilling Rig Services for PCSB’s drilling programme, whereby VEB Group will assign its NAGA 7.

The Contract is to drill two (2) firm wells with estimated contract value of USD8 million and expected commencement date in Quarter 3 2019.

4. FINANCIAL EFFECTS

The provision of the abovementioned services is expected to contribute positively towards the earnings and net assets of VEB Group during the contract period for the financial period ending 31 December 2019.

NOTE 16 – Current Prospect

Drilling activities have continued to increase with more contracts being tendered out and awarded,
both locally and globally. At present, six out of the seven jack-up drilling rigs owned by the Group are working while one is being prepared to be mobilised for the recently awarded long term contracts, expected to commence in early September 2019. With the commencement of the new contracts and extension of existing contracts, utilisation of the rigs is expected to increase significantly in the second half of the year, with a number of them expected to continue working into 2020 and beyond.

The demand for hydraulic workover units is also improving with two of the Group’s units are already
working and a number of tenders are in progress. The increased demand in both jack-up drilling rigs and hydraulic workover units is expected to benefit the Group, being the main player with strong domestic and regional track records. Improvements in time charter rates and contract durations are also seen based on recently awarded contracts.

Oilfield Services Segment
While the business outlook has shown some improvement, the Group will continuously evaluate the viability of the only remaining minor subsidiary operating under this segment.

Group
Based on the expected higher utilisation and time charter rates for the Group’s assets in the second half of the year, the Board expects an improved financial performance for the Group in 2019.

Can say next quarter all 7 jack up rigs will be working. If they can obtain 1 or 2 more HWU contract new quarter results will be even more beautiful.

They are still exercising options given during 2015, they havent even started much on those issued on 2017.

This rights to convert ESOS only expires on 11 May 2020.
They have only exercised 29,503,625 lots of shares.

So, for this year to next year be prepared to see at least another 44.2 million lots shares of ESOS shared to be exercised.
Why wont they exercise it, i would too if i have this opportunity and ofcause unless price drops below RM0.56, Which we as investors would not want the share to drop below it.

(Alliance News) - Exploration firm United Oil & Gas PLC said Wednesday it proposed to sell two North Sea blocks to Anasuria Hibiscus UK Ltd for USD5 million.

United and Anasuria have agreed non-binding terms which could result in the disposal of blocks 15/18d and 15/19b in the North Sea, which include the Crown Discovery. United was awarded a 95% equity interest in the two blocks by the UK Oil & Gas Authority in August 2018.

The sale terms will see an initial USD1.0 million non-refundable payment from Anasuria. Of this initial payment, United would receive USD950,000 with its minority partner Swift Exploration Ltd getting USD50,000.

Following certain milestones being achieved, a further USD3 million will be paid by the end of 2020. The final USD1 million would be paid once the blocks are in production.

Should all payments be received, United would receive USD4.75 million in total proceeds from the sale. The remainder would be received by minority owner Swift.

In 2018, United generated a GBP810,897 pretax loss. The firm did not report any revenue during 2018.

"Our primary goal as a management team is to deliver value for our shareholders," United Chief Executive Officer Brian Larkin said. "The work of our technical team in attaining and developing this licence has delivered an excellent outcome for the company, allowing us, on completion, to realise a significant return in a very short space of time."

"Our strategy involves the active management of our portfolio of assets, and this transaction demonstrates our ability to deliver on that strategy," Larkin added.

"United remains committed to building a full cycle oil and gas company," Larkin continued. "The proceeds of this transaction will further strengthen our balance sheet to support the growth of the company."

Shares in United Oil were 4.6% higher at 3.87 pence in London on Wednesday.

China segment
China segment recorded a lower revenue for the current quarter and cumulative quarters
as a result of lower sales orders completed. Operations in China were loss-making for the
current quarter and cumulative quarters in the absence of large sales orders which resulted
in lack of economies of scale as the facilities remained under-utilized.

The Group’s operations in China remains difficult. Performance has been and continues
to be impinged by rising cost and competition with export sales to the US affected by the
trade war while local customers in China are holding back orders due to economic
uncertainties. The issue of under-utilization of capacity is expected to prevail. As countermeasures, management continues to be streamlining operations to improve its positioning
and operational flexibility.

As long as i can remember for at least 1.5 years, China operation never made much profit but growing loses.
