Based on leaked documents the price was agreed as 2.40 back in December but new Defence Minister isn't happy with such low price. I wish to disclose I have one Insas share remaining and has never bought Insas-WC.

Leno went missing from May 2022 and only reappeared in January 2024. Someone actually thought she has perished in a plane crash but she was actually hiding as Insas share price drifted to below 80 sen during that period. Recently Leno has gone missing again. We need Leno back for Insas to assault 1.25 to 1.30 again. Leno, come back, we love you.

On 15 January, a director of Insas sold off all his 331,500 Insas-WC at 0.385. This shows the director himself doesn't think Insas share price could stay beyond RM1.29. If a director himself has no faith of Insas .......

MrSslee, don't get too attached to Insas. Just treat it now as a risk free investment which can give you superior returns.

Angry people who don't have Insas shares have Insas-WC instead. If Insas share price falls below 90 sen the warrants will be out of money. The clock is ticking, tick tock tick tock.

Since Insas is very deeply undervalued and the recent results good why has not been as mass buying?

Before the quarterly results was released Insas closed at 1.19, despite reporting a good results Insas has fallen to 1.07 now. Why is that so?

I will only sell when Insas goes to 59 ringgit.

About a year ago when Insas was struggling at around 80 sen level for long periods the net short selling position of Insas shares was around 5 million. Today it's zero.

Most of the 74 million shares were in the hands of Sharks who over the next several weeks offloaded them to water fish.

On 15th and 16th January Insas trading volume for those two days exceeded 74 million which is more than 10% of Insas total shares. At that time the rumours was that someone was collecting Insas shares to attempt a hostile takeover bid. However, no one emerged as a new substantial shareholder.

Once the Sharks succeed in unloading the shares in their hands they will begin short selling Insas.

If after paying for shares of a valued company the price stays flat or drift down for months/years then you have fallen into a value trap.

Sharks having pushed up Insas from 90 sen level to highest point at RM1.35 in 10 short trading days need to offload to the water fish who keep buying more to average down with the hope that they can make a quick exit when Insas price rebound to RM1.15. Everyone seems eager to get out. Sharks as well as water fish.

Why Insas-WC closed red today?

A lot of water fish who previously bought high, above 1.20 are buying to average down thinking that they would then be able to exit around 1.15.
