Dear Mr Sslee, are you glad to have taken profits on Insas last month?

Even a person who holds zero cost portion selling 100,000 shares of Insas at 1.10 makes a gain of RM110,000.

Someone whispered to Ah Tong that there will be a hostile takeover of deeply undervalued Insas and then that someone told everyone else that Ah Tong will be making a hostile takeover of deeply undervalued Insas.

Ah Tong bought 134,800 Insas-WC at 42 sen, now sitting on unrealized loss.

If after buying back at 1.14 I hold until 60 ringgit how many percentage gain? Can someone help me calculate?

Last month the highest price I sold Insas was at 1.34. If I buy back Insas at 1.14 when the market opens and hold until it goes to 1.34 again I stand to gain another 17.5%. That means I would be making 417.5% ?

I made a 4 fold gain on Insas over 10 years or so, a 4 fold gain is 400%. Over 10 years is roughly 40% annually. I love Insas so, so much.

Afternoon anyone bought Insas? Don't be shy to tell.

I love Insas so, so much, the counter that gave me 4 fold gains.

Insas price goes up people want to take credit, price falls also got people who want to take credit.

After 6 weeks, the question resurfaces again : IS INSAS A VALUE TRAP ?

For Insas to reverse its fall today and sprint to 1.20 by end of the day is to appease the Sharks as in Ancient time by making a life sacrifice. Feed the Sharks, throw the cat into the water.

Insas results performance doesn't matter, its price movement is determined by Sharks.

@MrSslee, postpone buying until after the correction unless something is too cheap not to buy.

MrSslee, I have a bad feeling that the market will have a severe correction in mid-March.

Insas is so deeply undervalued, every quarter announces good EPS, has over one billion ringgit free cash, got moats(?) , got mosquitoes breeding in the moats. One day Insas will surely reach 60 ringgit ...... one day our dream will come ...... one day ...... one day when?

Those still holding Insas, don't panic. Insas remains deeply undervalued. Still no news of Tong selling.

On CNY eve Insas closed at 1.22. On second day of CNY 3 people heavily promoted Insas although stock market was closed. CNY also these people got no life.

Bought at 76 sen.

I already sold 97% of my Insas last month when it moved from below 90 sen to above RM1.30. Only bank I like now is BIMB.

@Yippy68, I feel you are too heavily concentrated in MBSB. Your recent venturing into Affin has brought you financial rewards. Affin share price ran ahead because it is more superior to MBSB. Similarly, Bank Islam share price has also recently run ahead.

@Yippy68, EPS is more relevant than high DPS because high DPS isn't sustainable if EPS drops. MBSB doesn't appear to have the all round strength of other banks. Just rebranding itself as an Islamic bank doesn't transform it overnight to rival Bank Islam which is long established.
