When Muda posted excellent earnings in Feb 26, Muda really limit up to 1.69.
Now 'lower' earnings, limit down to 1.98.

This is the problem playing with cyclical stocks.

Qtr 2 : RM1m
Qtr 1 : RM1m

Year 2 - Qtr 4 : RM20m profit
Qtr 3 : RM1m
Qtr 2 : RM1m

Year 1 - Qtr 4 : RM10m profit
Qtr 3 : RM1m
Qtr 2 : RM1m

Looks like Malaysians are really immature in stock market. They don't understand some businesses got seasonal or cyclical factors. They want every quarter increasing earnings. Next time just invest in exponential growth companies like IFCAMSC last time. Amen...

Okok I see they are expanding new stores this year and increasing product ranges aggressively so CCK should get more revenue in near term.

I am already very conservative. The above net profit not yet add back the 'other expenses'.

And don't forget Muda got seasonal factor. So don't compare results with immediate preceding quarter. Not fair. ;)

Only noobs think this quarter profit is 15m vs previous year corresponding profit of 18m. ;)

This quarter clean net profit is RM11.1m
Previous year corresponding quarter clean net profit is only RM3m.

Earnings almost matured. Revenue no growth, just depends on cost cutting & efficiencies to squeeze out profit margin. Should now be at peak.

Revenue from HK & Taiwan for Dec '17 one month already RM14m.
Now got Jan, Feb & Mar '18 3 months you guess how much revenue from HK & Taiwan alone already?
