Genm drop last drop around 2.3 to 2.5 is roughly 10% return. You ask genm investors, will they let go genm at 10% return? Mostly will say no.

But if you buy topglove at 6 and it jump 6.6, I’m sure many people will take profit and see how it’s going.

Glove counters upside also almost the same with dialog but with higher risk Don’t think so they can reach RM10,11,12 for topglove as claimed.

Dialog steadily earn and steadily expanding. Low risk.

This kind of analyst job UnkleLim also can do. Nothing difficult.

When ib see company doing good, they give higher tp lo based on estimate earnings and forward pe. When they see now that company not doing good, they give lower tp. This is how IB work. TP is just a TP. They will upgrade or downgrade accordingly.

Same like glove companies. Recently almost all glove counters also been given lower TP.

The ban by US already so many months. If glove is really that important to them, will they ban it? Same like vaccine, any country will ban it? Even Malaysia say they want to check on its halal status but in the end what happened? They bring in as well without proving it halal.

Maybe can start buying back in batches? Since the low is around 2.3 and recent high is 2.7. 2.5 is somewhere in the middle. Buy back some and observe? If drop to 2.3 buy again. Don’t think so can drop back to RM2 la.

@goldgent, maybe because no full lockdown, whole sentiment back to normal. Even though cannot cross state, but this is not something new. Genm experience it before. So not that big selling pressure. Just my guess

It’s okay. I just hold 5k shares in kossan. Not big deal compare to genting

@choysun, for me I think their bottom is somewhere around here. For kossan is around 3.9 which they hit during heavy short selling early this month. So I’ll just hold at RM4.29 and see. Today’s drop has something to do with the JPM article. Anyway their earning will be good in 2021 and 2022. Dividend will be good as well. So just hold a good earning company should be okay.

This is just my way of thinking. Hopefully won’t be wrong. And sorry for posting gloves details in Genting forum.

UnkleLim don’t trade Genting. UnkleLim believe there’s a lot of upside in Genting. Just wait and collect dividend at the moment. Top up when the price is good.
