Don't need to trade PER 45x on par with FFB. It's good enough to trail Nestle PER 44.5x. Lol

Yspsah has been all the while being the lowest valuation company against its peers like Ahealth & Dpharma.

We will know the utilization of the factory by next year. The old factory would have certainly reached bottleneck judging from the decades without a leap in capacity expansion. Dlady could purchase substantial portion of its finished goods from the related companies for selling locally.

Close eyes and snapping up Jtiasa at market cap RM 15k per hectare. TP remains 2.2 by year end while waiting for FFB production recovering gradually.

High production costs are more likely related to additional fertilizer for newly acquired planted lands 7,000 hectares. The disposer was obviously omitted fertilizer application before disposal taken place. The remainings could be fat bonus to the production workers and staffs during CNY. Not a big deal for the company generated 282 million cash inflow in 9 months.

FFB production is quite volitile for Sarawak planters. The gap between low and peak quarter could be as high as 80% from the lowest like what it shows in 1st Qtr.

Price is dropping like no tomorrow flushing out weak holders. Time to add more. QR is acceptable as the FFB production was merely 10% higher than quarter 2023. Excluding RM 3 million biological losses, palm oil segment Operating Profit increased to 31.4m from 26.4m previously.

Persistent undervalued is mainly due to tiny trade volume or low demand in shares. Look at the trade volume Jtiasa, daily 3m to 9m. Without volume, who dare to buy in bulk quantity to make big bucks. lol

Jtiasa's reputation is not that really bad besides high gearing and used to be unproductive FFB plus over goreng by kyy 10 years ago. Jtiasa got no issues in its accounts.

Analysts purposely keep silence on Jtiasa could fall into 2 extreme scenarios. They either got a hidden agenda or piss off with the company. It is not the right time to launch any promotion activities at this price level. Not even by Sin Chew newspaper, which is owned by Tiong family.
