Base on previous few experiences, price consolidation will be completing in a similar way. Volume is getting smaller as price trending higher. Hard to buy back at low prices in bulk when we have disposed it off.

I have been trying few times to invest cum trade Takaful but earned peanuts in trading so I prefer to sit tight and do nothing now and look forward QR next month.

BIMB's revenue is expected to growth further in next quarter even though without contribution from Takaful segment. The Banking segment growth rate YOY is between 7% to 15% for the past 3 quarters. But, PAT (Owners of the Company) contribution from Banking segment YOY dropped from 4% to 9% for the last 3 quarters. Without the help from Takaful segment, its banking segment PAT is, in fact, trending downward.

Sometimes, we even have to throw away PER20x restriction, the frame limited our mind to think forward, especially while the company is enjoying high growth period. Top 3 gloves are good examples.

Takaful is so powerful hitting all time high today. It’s a stepping stone at this price level. Investors won’t care about NTA for a high growth stock in comparison with its peers. Takaful’s PER will be at least on par with LPI PER 19x.

Johortin has posted a strong QR but not at the right timing. The positive news is offset by negative news in trade war, strengthen of USD and new tariffs imposed on Mexico by US.

Canning industry is certainly good in long term. No matter how, people still need can food. Moreover, the can making machines (made in Europe) are able to used more than 50 years. The machines will be fully deprecated after 10 years operations. It is a capital intensive industry. Cons..the company may suffer high start up costs when the new factories starting operations and normally is unable to fill the factory capacity immediately.

Johortin would be more attractive when Canone has disposed its F&B segment.

It’s merely a myth in expecting PH government to make a radical change in policy from racism to meritism. It takes decades to shape the mentality through a proper formal education and public medias. Malaysia may encounter political instability if radical change is implemented in a hassle manner. Our KLCI might drop below 1000 and RM plunging to above 5 against USD.

By right, the IBs (except Affin) should have revised more upward TP of Takaful to reflect the uptrend momentum of earnings with proven performance.

Those IBs have collected the shares at dirt cheap prices RM 4 ++ through issuing a ludicrous (backward) valuation of Takaful.

Abangadik. The 2nd engine is overwhelming. Many Funds are lacking good options in KLSE now. Takaful is the best available this year. Wait the share price up until the company report QR PAT yoy growth stopping. There is plenty of opportunity to run until then , QR profit growth dented, as Big Funds would certainly dump money to support this blue chip.

Negan. With about 60% stakes In Takaful, PAT contribution from from the Takaful insurance business is roughly 57 million each quarter or less than 30% of BIMB's entire PAT.

It is better for FED to keep talking potential of interest rate reduction, they don't really have to put into real action. A reduction of interest rate would also mean that the economy growth in deep shit.

Mix feelings in BIMB. Its Takaful segment is growing very well but loan segment is facing margin pressure.

Takaful is the only growth gem in local finance industry for the mean time. Local funds are busy buying all the way up. Price is targeting PER 19x before the announcement of another better QR next month. It may go to PER 20x when the company announces a bonus issues.

Uptrend resumed after consolidating for the past few weeks. Go go go !

Trump doesn’t have much spare time to play the game anymore as DJ and economy is showing signs of crashing if the trade deal dragging for too long.

It’s very likely Trump would sign the trade deal with China soon as he has to start with presidential election campaigns. Trump is desperate to seal the trade deal as as a proven political achievement to the voters.

JHM has posted a very good QR. The price is supposed to go up today, the culture of market seems knowing correctly QR announcement results. Investors may worry of PM openly support China and condemned US in Huawei matter. Moreover, Malaysia was added in the United States (US) Treasury’s monitoring list of potential currency manipulator. If Trump mads about this, he can simply impose new tariffs to us. JHM exported 40% of its products to US last year.

Market is very jialat now....No rewards for making a correct prediction. lolz

Good QR. With the weakness trend of RM depreciating against US, gross margin is expected to improve further .

Vietnamese love goring properties and gambling....much better than Msian Chinese. lol

Older generation of Vietnamese are a bit lay back especially male. The new generations are displaying an entirely different in their attitudes. They are eager to acquire more skills and knowledge and hardworking...Vietnamese are in fact comparable with Malaysia Chinese.... They may overtake Malaysia in next 10 years.

If your reason for holding a stock is based on PER and earnings then stick with PER and earnings. Don't fall into the prey of self denial. It's an obvious trap to hold a stock initially based on PER then follow by Free Cash Flow Generating Ability before leading to NTA and EV....There are so many reasons available in our mind.

Start-up costs was quite substantial for a new factory. OFI started put the new factory in use in 4th Qtr 2017 and it has eaten big portions of the profit. It even drag further until suffering losses in 1st Qtr 18. It’s now a history. New products launching seems started in 2nd Qtr 18 and yielding good response in 4th Qtr 18.

Yspsah shareholders are generally investing for longer term. They simply ignore temporary fluctuation in prices when the company fundamental is intact. Share prices crashed all the way from 2.9 to 2.32 and yet merely 500k shares were disposed during this period. Consider low liquidity.

Not easy to earn this type of money but it happened only once in a blue moon so quite hard to resist such temptation. It’s simply too much pressure to average down. I still prefer uptrend stock. Haha

Many people are looking forward the operators to fill up the gap up but they are reluctant to do it. Hope EPF would lend a hand. Lolz

There is sudden increase in GPM by 5% until 21.6% in Qtr 31 Dec 18 even though turnover hitting new high level. They used to fetch a low GP of 16% back to 1st 2nd Qtr. The company simply said it was due to 'higher gross margin' without giving any further detail. It could be due to combination of increasing selling prices, launching of higher margin new products and reduction in material costs (absent of start-up costs).

VenFx sifu, OFI stays in my watchlist for few years. They have spent much money in expansion projects but yet to yield positive returns. I have been waiting it to start turning around...This time, it seems like real after delivering a better QR in last quarter.

Volume traded is about 7.2 million shares from 2nd May until 13 May. After deducting 150k for shares traded between 2.33 to 2.46 yesterday and 6.5 million shares from Skan,
there are about 500k shares disposed by retailers during that period.

Take so much risks to buy while the share price bleeding nonstop and now sell for profit for less than 10%. It seems like high risks low gain scenario.

It may take a while to get rid of the short term traders. When the share price up then people only got confident to say company would announce good QR.
