We can't deny that Rozali could be playing around with the share prices of both Puncak & Triplc to accumulate more shares under his proxies. It's more likely Rozali wanted to cash out Triplc from the acquisition of Puncak.

Raider.. Don't simply pluck a reason out of the air wor...Do you remember your reason for guessing profit dropped of Tguan hit wall by relating to similarity business between BPlas & Tguan.

I can understand some reasons behind for Dutch Shell to dispose Shell Malaysia at cheap price due to potential hidden kickbac....enjoy by Shell or the management cause they are running a worldwide business. I can't really get through your reasoning related to Triplc as its share liquidity is low.

Triplc...if Rozali sell Triplc....that means....he no longer have vested interest loh...!!

Human nature will result....he will try to give...not a so good price on Triplc woh....!!
That means it will negotiate like hell to favor....Puncak mah...!!

So very dangerous for Triplc shareholders if Rozali selling loh...!!
At moment...Triplc can get a good price for Rozali...bcos people thought Puncak will buy at a good price with a takeover..!!

Puncak can turnout offer a low low takeover price like what happen to Shell loh...!!

It may not be true the offer price will be good loh....but Rozali can run at a good price now loh...!!

没有单一的投资法是永远适合于所有的时候。能随机应变好，但是随机应变是不简单的事。

Raider, Puncak has not even given an indication of the offer price. Triplc owned the concession assets from the government. why you said Triplc could be a lousy investment leh? Base on what assumptions?

Thats why tabung haji disagree & Rozali is disposing his stake in Triplc....in order to avoid related party transaction loh....!!

Raider believe the xtra cash better to use for plantation than go for triplc.....mah....!!

LTH is seen happy for the HOA between Puncak and Triplc. That's why LTH has accumulated more than 3.5 million shares of Puncak for the past few months.

Nothing wrong with the golden rules. It's just how investors apply the rules practical to suit with the market sentiments. Golden rules is a good yardstick and not a 100% winning formula.

Wonder why most furniture companies did not report good earnings in last quarters while raw materials (plywood and chipboard) prices crashed recently as witness with poor earnings in timber companies. Any input?

Liihen is the highest potential counter in furniture industry now. Most companies in the industry are facing lackluster earnings at least until the next quarter.

It's possible to achieve RM 10 which could happen after 2017. The existing shareholders may have to bear with the potential setback in earnings for next few quarters.

You have done your research well. I want to learn more from you in exploring growth companies which are enjoying good margin .

JHM, PENTA, MIKROMB and REXIT also high profit margin player.... when bad time they can use their margin for cushion in price competition.... I like the way you pick... I personally monitor you for more than 6 months and I found that you are humble n low profile...

Agreed with Flintstones. Export theme is a good play but don't put too much high hope on it. Many were enjoying the last great party before entering suffer stage. Think the old memory still haunted them.

Prestar PER is low but it may not able to maintain high margin after cheap huge inventory has been used up for the past 2 quarters.

It is still good profits for those people who had collected the shares at price 40 cents early of the year.

Is it earnings of Mycron attaining peak in 3rd Qtr 16? Next QR semms going to be better than last year but the quantum of growth doesn't seen convicing given a company with high gearing and Nil dividends yield. Everyone is expecting capital gain from the appreciation of share price. People would certaily cut loss once the share price growth dented.

30 Sep 16 - 3.56 cents
30 Jun 16 - 3.30 cents
31 Mar 16 - 2.36 cents
31 Dec 15 - 1.89 cents
30 Sep 15 - 1.00 cents

When overall sentiments is not good, many investors will shift to 'safer' counters to protect capital....especially stocks with high dividends yield, low gearing.....
