It could be too early to pocket profit. PER has dropped to 7.7x after taking into account this quarter results. I am expecting RCECap to record another good QR 3 months later. lol

Yistock. You are right. The amount is included in COGS cause Operating Expenses shows 35 million to 45 million in the past few quarters.

I trace past 3 quarters report, i believe they include in the COGS. If so, then 30 Sept 2016 gross margin should touch 20%. Anyway, i also not very sure.

Yistock. Inventory write off is normally charged to COGS if the amount small. Written off inventory RM 20 million is considered substantial so this amount included in Income Statement.

By looking at the gross profit margin trend in the past few quarters, I believe Ssteel will remain profitable in next QR. The profit may not be as high as what has achieved for last quarter but it would certainly better than QR 31Mar16.

Luckily, SSteel purchase raw material in EURO currency and EURO strengthen against RM by 1.8% whereas RM weaken against USD 8.5% in last quarter.

Harbour seems undervalued at current PER below 7x. I did not expect Harbour to shot up so fast....Don't know what's the near term catalyst at this time other than upcoming GE and Borneo highway(long term)

This is another growth stock with low PER worth for accumulating due to forex gain and contribution from new spooling machines started kicking in.

EPS won't be better for the next 6 months due to impact of taxation. SAM'PBT is subjected to normal tax rate of 24% started from the last 2 quarters. Bear in mind, QR30Mar16 & QR30Jun16 PAT were higher mainly due to tax incentives.

OFI is an interesting counter worth for accumulating while not many are interested at this price level. this is another growth company with near term catalyst.

cpteh is guaranteed correct for the market crash. It's just a timing issue. I would put my effort into timing the individual company rather than the market as a whole.

Cpteh knows how to capitalize his cohort business by taking advantage of some popular investors or traders.... ie Cold eye, TBB, Kyy... don't be surprised he may include KC, OTB later.

People love to earn quick bucks without thinking of the consequences. They like to listen fantasy success stories about sifu and unable to differentiate between real or fantasy story. No applying any common sense in real life. Naive or being too smart? You see stockraider... no need good formal education but still can do very well in investment.

Its profit may make a U-turn after taking into account forex gain in upcoming QR. TP 1.6 seems hard to achieve now.

this is another export play counter. share price not cheap but good thing its new plant has been contributing additional revenue and profits immediately after putting into operation.

abangadik. You are holding a good stock for long term. Kmloong is a great company making good profits consistently.

Minority shareholders are certainly unable to stand the financial performance of this company when they compare with KimLoong. Harlens's directors are all overpaid and sitting in the laurel drawing salary & remuneration RM 7 million per annual to make the company generating turnover of 243 million (2015). What about KImLoong? KimLoong's directors are drawing salary 3.3 million per annual and yet help the company to fetch turnover 775 million (2015).

I support Evergreen after it has spent about 80 million for upgrading of the existing old machines. It's very likely top and bottom lines will start to grow in the next 6 months.
