Your statement above is 85% not correct !
Admit some small issue with chain installation at initial stage and repair will be done. it has nothing to do with turret under design issue ! FPSO has already hook up 7 chains in tension and tugs is no more required to hold the giant in position.

klorang...C7 FPSO is on schedule deploy to location....don't get fool by someone that try to play speculation in stock market. The FPSO is in the final preparation on subsea turret installation work. Next month will see the FPSO towing to India.

The FPSO is on schedule deliver to India in November. It's sister FPSO to the previous Sterling FPSO already deployed to location. I don't see reason it has design failure.
