If liquidity is increased,it will become a speculative stock..I reckon its better if the company doesn't issue shares...Bonus or split wont happen now as PE ratio is low :)

Collected few lots today :)Not many YSP shares on sale.

Used to be only high end property,now both high end and affordable housing overhang:(....double trouble.

Overhang contributed mainly by affordable houses not high end property.

If I were a foreigner,I would look to buy assets in countries with good performing currency against USD.Foreigners have lots of choices,they would rather buy assets where currencies have higher prospects of appreciating in future instead of depreciating against USD. So if I were a foreigner looking to buy property in Malaysia ,1st question I would ask myself,what is the future prospects of MYR against USD?

Buy call is just a guide.I wont be surprised if many of the buy and sell calls are indirectly manipulated by the company itself.If you trust buy call 100 percent,you are still new to the stock market:(

Every week falling at the rate of 1 or 2 cents per week, declining profit for 6 quarters with the latest quarter profits just a shed above RM 50 million,terrible property market sentiment.The only way this share price will stabilise in the near future is if the company buy back their own share which they wont be doing anytime soon..Dont need theory..just logic.

Anyone recently got triple charged when booking ticket ?Till date 2 people that I know of were charged multiple times when they booked ticket.Dont know if other airlines have this issue of charging customer when they book ticket online.

This share has potential to reach 70 cents by end of this year.

Quality of pharmeceutical products by YSP is much better as compared to other manufacturer especially their injections.Only thing is if they can supply their products at a more competative price.GPs do always compare the price weather with bonus lots or not.
